These are comparable to Lululemon’s runners shorts and some of the older Nike shorts I have from years ago. I have these and the Lulu’s in pink. I actually prefer these. The Amazon pair has a little bit more stretch to them, the waist is slightly smaller and the built in panty is slightly larger… which makes it less obvious. There are no noticeable contact points that cause chafing and the fabric stays super soft even when you sweat. The phone pocket in the back has a smaller, more flexible zipper… I like this feature because it makes the pocket less noticeable when I am moving. I added a picture for comparison, the lulus are on the right. For reference: I am 5’ 10”, 145lbs. I wear a 4-6 in lulu and Nike gear… the size small fits perfectly. I have these shorts in about five other colors. These ones in particular look a little more diaperesque.. as compared to other ones I have but these ones are a little bulky in the front. But they are very comfortable great for lounging around the house. Or gym . Not sure if we’re going out though.

These shorts have more of a dry fit feeling. They are comfortable with plenty of stretch and good for regular, daily wear. I would not consider them work out shorts as I prefer something more form fitting for working out. The elastic waist bunches a bit in the back, forming a slight bubble, but I believe this is due to the heavier material. That is my only complaint. The pockets are great. These arrived on time and fit perfectly! They aren’t what I expected really in the material, they were better! I was happily surprised with how soft they were! As cross between a great pair of leggings and a great pair of casual shorts. They don’t have tummy control. Had I went a size up I would’ve had the more loose look, but I’m satisfied with how they fit me. Not tight, just right.
