This definitely isn't oem quality, but for the price it isn't bad. Original one was rich, shiny black. This one is very obviously fake leather and not shiny. As long as you take your time getting it on correctly it looks pretty nice when done. I used duco cement because it sets up quickly, and I glued one side at a time. Make sure to pull it tight and get it centered when gluing. Factory cover is stapled in, but regular staples didn't seem to work and staple gun staples are too long, so I went with the adhesive. To remove the lid, carefully remove the back of the console. It's just held on with 4 clips. Then you can access 4 t20 screws that hold the lid on. The plastic that covers the inside of the lid is also just held on with clips. Take it off and you can remove the cover by pulling out the staples. I also didn't love that it was folded up for shipping, but the creases seem to be going away. Try not to get any glue on the outside of the cover. I got a tiny bit on one side and it's not going away, but it's not too noticable I assume this fits 2013-2020 Ford fusions. Mine is 2018 ... show more
