  • Easy assembly and works well
Color: Silver
After a simple 30-second assembly, it was ready to go. It fits my somewhat bulky fishing kayak really well, and if I have to move the boat more than a few feet, this makes it much easier. One note: this is advertised as having pneumatic tires, but that is untrue: these are non-pumpable plastic wheels. This is fine with me—probably even better than pneumatic—but if you care about this, be aware. ... show more

  • A solid dolly for our canoe
Color: Silver
I upgraded to this after using my kid’s skateboard last year to haul our 17’ canoe and have been surprised. For the price, this is well designed and well made. The tires are not pneumatic but I like how the kickstand holds the dolly until you add the weight of the canoe and then it snaps into place. This dolly carries the canoe better than a second person (there is no wiggle or having to wait while the person in the rear needs to rest). I highly recommend it! ... show more

  • Good bang for your buck! With a few mods
Color: Silver
The media could not be loaded. **********************UPDATE UPDATE***************** So I ended up switching out my backpack buckle straps because I put too much tension on them and the little plastic buckles broke. I switched them out for some $5 harbor freight cam buckles straps which are a lot more stronger and durable. There were several steps I’ve completed to get the straps attached to the wheel cart. 1. I used my saw to cut the hooks off the hoops of the straps 2. I disassembled the wheel cart so I could slide the hoops of the straps on the bar of the cart 3. I made sure to put 1 cam Connector On my kayak and 1 on the cart. This way I can connect the straps together while on the water to get them out of the way and somewhat hold my gear down. 4. Reassemble the cart and on the way you go. These straps are a lot more durable And the setup I have is worth the 30-45 mins I spent in this process. They other straps worked before they broke. They only broke because I put too much tension on them. Silly me This has just arrived today so I haven’t put it through the proper testing to give it a full 5 stars. After a few uses on different terrains I’ll give another review. So far it’s good! I immediately made a mod to better convince me by adding backpack chests straps for easy strapping and going. I was able to get it under the front end of my pelican catch 110. I Attempted to put it in the back which I prefer but the balance was off and it didn’t maneuver properly in my opinion. My kayak weigh 67lbs and my gear usually about another 20-25lbs and they held up. I usually carry whats in the pic so you can get an idea of what you need. Overall it moved through my backyard pretty well. And over a few lil bumps. And stayed connected. And I was able to load it in the back on my avalanche with no problems. So I’m my opinion it’s worth the buy and for a few extra dollars for the straps make life way easier than having to use the Long difficult strap that came with it. ... show more

  • Why did I not know about this sooner?
Color: Silver
There are times when you have to park a long distance from water access. This cart makes it possible to get on the water and not over exert yourself in the process. It is easy to use and makes the trip so easy.

  • It gets the job done
Color: Silver
The cart does it’s job, and was affordable. It is not a high quality cart but it does get my kayak from the truck to the water. The tires are not pneumatic, as claimed. There is a slot in the wheels for valve stems, but there are no valve stems and the tires are foam filled “never flats”. The tires roll easily over pavement or hard-packed dirt, but do not roll easily over sand. I can get it down the beach but I’m dragging it more than rolling it. If you’re *only* planning on using it in sand, I’d get a different cart with actual sand tires. The cart seems generally well enough made and I’m sure that it will last at least a year or two with regular use. For $50, you could do worse. ... show more

  • Game changer
Color: Silver
I have been carrying my kayak up until this point, this is a game changer! I am using this on a seaeagle razorlite (tandem) and it works great, up and down curbs no problem and it folds up easily and fits nicely in the back while out on the water. I like that the wheels do not require filling with air or any kind of maintenance. The pins that hold the wheels on are great and lock without fear of them falling out. Overall this has been money well spent. Others have reported the strap is short, I found it to work just fine on a seaeagle razorlite (tandem) which is really wide and tall. I can't comment on durability yet ... show more

  • A Couple of Comments
Color: Silver
People have commented that this does not have pneumatic tires. Indeed, it does not. But the tires it has are fine, and I like them better. They work well and you don't have to worry about inflating them. Others have mentioned that the strap that comes with this is too small. This is also true. But you can get another strap at Harbor Freight and double the length of the strap that comes with it and then it works fine. The manufacturer should have included a longer strap, or two straps, but this seems like no big deal. It works fine for my double kayak and seems well made. ... show more

  • More trouble than it's worth
Color: Silver
We store our kayaks in a boat house with a short concrete ramp into the water. The trolley was supposed to help 1 person launch the kayak. The problems: kayak won't stay on the trolley on an incline, kick stand does not stop the trolley & comes shooting out from under it.
