I go kayaking pretty regularly so this is going to come in very useful to me. The kit comes with a very sturdy carrying bag and anchor that can lock itself in place either opened or closed a nice 40 foot rope and a float right where you would connect it to the boat. This is a great anchor for using on a kayak or SUP (both of which I will use this anchor with). I especially like the carrying pouch this comes with so I can transport easily from one type of water toy to another. While not super heavy by any stretch of the imagination I can't imagine needing much more for the fairly shallow bodies of water I will be using these on. ... show more

A nice thing to have when I want to sit in one spot on a lake. I don't fish from my kayak; however, sometimes a particular spot merits more time and this will be a nice option rather than staying in place with a paddle

The media could not be loaded. This little anchor is perfect!! It’s marketed as a kayak anchor, which it would definitely work well as, but I plan on using this for my inflatable floating dock/swim platform. The rope is good quality, the carabiner is heavy duty, and the anchor itself is solid. I love the little locking ring that keeps the fold-down prongs in place when it’s not being used too. Everything fits perfectly in the storage bag. The float is handy too in case you accidentally drop the anchor without it being tied/clipped off. ... show more
