So sorry but the one I bought just quit working! Only bought it in September 2023 so only a couple of months. Can't see anything to indicate why it stopped but disappointed as it was a delightful addition to our bedroom. Really like the amount of discharge and the lights.

Almost returned unit cause the diffuser wasn’t putting out as much mist/ scent as it had when new…. Luckily I studied where I was using it and realized the unit should not be placed on carpet. The fibers block the air flow that is generated from the bottom. After placing on a piece of tile (hard surface) the diffuser was good as new and doing its job. ... show more

I ordered this product in June of this year 2023 and have been loving it until all of a sudden it started falling appart. I started noticing a little broken piece last month but did not know what it went to. I also noticed it being real wet around the defuser. Well this month (November 2023) I found the 2nd piece that broke loose. It was the piece that held the plastic part up to the top of the diffuser. It would not work with our that piece and all the water was leaking out the bottom of the unit. We could hear something moving around inside the unit so we unscrewed the screws to take it apart and it basically just fell apart. So this product did not even last me a year. The media could not be loaded. Got a replacement because my first diffuser wasn’t throwing any mist but the seller contacted me and replaced it with a new one and it does through mist! So, this is pretty and it does work. But keep in mind, it doesn't have a huge output, so if you have a very small room this will be your jam. But... the beeping!!! It has one of those really cheap systems that beeps any time you hit a button, and apparently even when it shuts off with the sleep timer. I set it for 6 hours last night... turning it on and programming it was 3 loud beeps, woke the husband. 6 hours later at 2am, loud beep when it auto shut off after the 6 hours. Ugh. So, my husband it currently tinkering, removing the part from the circuit board that makes it beep. ... show more
