I was a nervous about this large of a purchase via Amazon, but Kandi communicated well and the SxS was delivered in less than two weeks. It was delivered via freight to my residence from Texas to our remote property in the far north PNW, Kandi and the shipping company took care of all arrangements for unloading and delivery and the whole process was very low drama. We've been using it for a little over a week so far, and have hauled firewood, pulled a small trailer and chipper, including up the 8%+ plus grades around our property and the power is has been surprisingly good (when you remember to take off the parking break) for our utility uses. In fact the loaded trailers were hardly noticeable even when climbing up our relatively steep driveway. I wouldn't race this SxS or use for high-speed rough back-country trail romping like I have done with quads and other ATVs, but for property utility work it seems to be a very good fit. We've hovered around freezing temps here since delivery, with and inch or two of snow and ice on our roads and driveway and it starts instantly and works well even on the rough ice we have around here at the moment. I've tired of gas engines and the maintenance and am slowly transitioning most of my tools to silent electric except for machines like large chainsaws and wood chippers, and this is a good fit for us from that perspective. Just got our UTV and plow delivered today. It was delivered with care. Customer support was responsive through the purchase and delivery. I was hesitant to buy this online, but they answered all my questions and replied to my concerns via email within the hour.
