I had been looking at different models offered by different dealers and I realized that this model 6-passenger golf cart was basically the best value. I purchased this golf cart in July during Amazon Prime Day when there was a $1000 off coupon. I paid $9999.00 with free shipping, I used my Amazon Prime Visa to finance it at 0% for 12-months with equal payments. Considering that I've seen carts from local dealers cost anywhere from $16k-$20k, this cart is of exceptional value by comparison. Make sure you provide your phone number in the delivery details. The golf cart was delivered to my house on a flatbed truck and the shipping company called me to arrange delivery. The tracking number that's provide by Amazon IS NOT the actual golf cart, but the Certificate of Origin (title) of the golf cart. I ordered my golf cart on a Wednesday and it arrive the very next Monday, super fast! Generally speaking, I would have liked the option to purchase the golf cart with Lithium batteries, this model came with AGM batteries which based on what I've read, will last anywhere between 2-3 years. It's about $1500-$2000 to buy a 48v 150Ah LiFePo4 battery to replace the 6 AGM batteries that come stock on this golf cart. There seems to be no shortage of LiFePo4 battery options on Amazon, so I'll just wait until one goes on sale in a couple of years. The replacement is straightforward, take out the old batteries and hook up the new battery to the negative and positive terminals. Get a Lithium battery that comes with a charger since the AGM charger isn't compatible with the Lithium batteries. I've joined a number of Kandi online groups and forums and they've all said the same things. If you're not handy, it seems like the going rate to pay a shop for a Lithium upgrade is about $3000 battery + labor. Even if I replace the AGM batteries a couple of years from now, I'm still ahead in terms of savings on total price since $12k-$13k out of pocket is still less than $16k-$20k I would have paid a local dealer. When I received the golf cart, I noticed that one of the rear reflectors was missing. I contact Kandi customer support and contrary to all the reviews that I've read here, they were super responsive. I took pictures of my cart missing the reflector, sent them a picture of my title and purchase receipt and they registered my golf cart and warranty and FedEx'ed me a new reflector under the warranty. Great customer service if you just provide them with the information they ask for. I emailed, I didn't call. Overall I'm super happy with my purchase. I can service my cart myself, so I don't have the same complaints other people have about lack of support, especially since I had a good experience with Kandi warranty customer support. You can order parts from Kandi directly, but there are also 3rd party options for things that aren't structural. My cart had a larger monitor than what you see in the pictures, I had a large 7" LCD and the cart included a rear backup camera - both were a pleasant surprise! ... show more

Those who are thinking of buying directly from the store, don't do that. This brand has no assistance and the support does not respond. I bought it in September and it arrived in October 2023 with a defect in the panel (does not show the battery charge level) and the speed does not pass 18 miles!!! I called in November and since then I have sent more than 10 emails, I made numerous calls and until today they have not sent assistance or given me a solution to the problem. Bad choice! Advertised as going 20mph…..this is not the case in CA. They limit it to 15mph (CA Law) You have options, there are some forums that can help you get 25+mph with not much effort/cost. Phone number! When you order, put your phone number on the delivery instructions! The delivery tracking is the title, not the GC (golf cart). Giving you phone number at time of order speeds things up nicely. Once arrived, this GC is beautiful and well equipped. Seatbelts, turn signals, horn, windshield and individual id number. Same brand as sold at Lowe’s. Some other reviews mentioned welds, not a concern for a golf cart. And I plan to doing light weight off roading and add a trailer hitch. ... show more

    • The worst purchase you can ever make

Do NOT buy this golf cart!!!!!!!!! They are so cool looking but won't go up a hill. The first day it went 3-4 MPH up a small hill and say 2 it went 0. Had to get it towed and it was a disaster to return. I spent days/ weeks/ hours trying to get it picked up and my money back. Is a serious piece of crap ... show more

Ive driven golf carts my whole life. This is by far the best one ive ever driven. It looks great, smooth ride, seats are comfortable, display is great, etc. I think it's a great price vs what's out there. The delivery was super fast and well done. I would easily do it again

My only regret with this really terrific golf cart is that 5 stars is the limit. Product is outstanding. Well manufactured. Runs beautifully. Delivery was terrific and hassle-free, and the company is clearly customer-focused! We're loving this cart!

Customer service from Kandi no good I buy golf cart 6 passenger 48 v back in August 23 and I need charging cable and no body give a answer they say they are going to e mail me back and never e mail back , I am not able to drive my golf cart that cable is hard to find not even in Internet

We took delivery of ours and immediately became the gold cart heroes of our neighborhood! It has nice pickup and is so comfortable. We added cup holders for the middle row and a 28 inch SEB soundbar as well as the front accessory black item holder and it is perfect! Oh I also bought the glove compartments already and those were super easy to install. Kandi customer service has been amazing. They kept me in the loop the entire step of the way! Even our guy who facilitated the drop off asked us where it came from because he wanted one for his wife! Oh and ours has a back up camera which was unexpected but super delighted to see! Great image quality too! If you’re thinking then stop, just get a KANDI! ... show more
