I wanted to own a safe where I can store my rifles and also store few valuables and I got this safe recommended by my friend. It came fully assembled and well packaged. It has the battery packs as backup power, bolts to mount it on the wall. There is a key that comes with it if we forget the password. Also, the safe has space for battery to operate the key pad, you can set 4 to 8 digit pin codes. The safe is compact and can hold 4 rifles and also has few pouches to hold ammo and on the top space we can store few valuables and hand guns. For the price I am VERY impressed with this little gun locker. Lots of nice features (such as the light when the door opens, the ease of programming the code, and the quality seems good). Only downside is the pistol pocket on the door is too small to accommodate a pistol with a WML and the overall size doesn’t allow for an AR-15 with a full 30-round magazine to fit inside. A 20 round mag fits as shown in the photo. If you didn’t have a red dot or any higher sight, it may be able to fit with a 30 round mag. ... show more

Don't smell the safe when you get it, not pleasant. I got this safe to keep small children from accessing what is inside and it is perfectly capable of that. You need to find a good spot to anchor this. It takes very little strength to pickup the entire safe, even if loaded, and carry it away. It also doesn't take much to force the safe open as there are only two inches of welds keeping the door on. Unlike reasonably protective safes this one has exposed the hinges making it extremely easy to breach.     • Does Exactly What It Needs To
It's a cheap safe, but it's not junk. The 2 gun safe is enough to hold 2 long guns and a compact handgun, along with a few boxes of ammo. An AR will likely need to face paralell to the door as the safe is not deep enough for mounting perpendicularly. I'd recommend mounting it to a wall for stability as well as some security, as it is wont to tip and is light enough to pick up and carry even with stuff inside. A determined thief will get into this easily I'm sure. The lock and keypad are not the most secure, and the metal is thin enough to cut through with time and patience. However, kids and guests will not get in without keys or the code, which is enough. If you need utmost security for thieves, buy something bigger and bulkier with a better lock. This safe is able to keep most anyone out that does not have the time or ability to break into it. It's better than keeping your firearms in an unlocked closet, but it isn't Fort Knox, and for the price this is what should be expected. ... show more

It’s an okay safe. Does the job. Bought it to lock my guns up while I’m gone and ofc it will. Mounted it to my wall so it cannot get stolen. It’s pretty light tbh I recommend mounting it. For the price I am on the fence on if it’s actually worth it. Cant put my AR in there unless I take off my red dot (red dot ontop of scope combo) so it is a little annoying. The pistol holder on the door is very small. Only thing that I can put in it is my Springfield hellcat. The compartments are fairly small as well I put ammo in them. The top shelf is an okay size.     • Great features and protection for the money.
It's a solid box, it comes very well protected in a cardboard and foam crate with steel corners. The hidden manual key and external battery pack backup are great options in the event your electronic access key stops working. The included wall anchors (4) worked great, I used a 3/8 drilling bit on a solid concrete wall. There are 6 pre-drilled holes on the back of the safe covered with felt fabric so I opened the top four and it feels solidly attached to the wall. I was able to store one 308 rifle with scope, one AK-47, one Beretta Ultima and four 9mm pistols with several mags and ammo. As of now it's a great buy for the money. ... show more
