This phone is cheaply made, not compatible with a carrier I wanted to use. I kept the phone to use for a security camera and it would always run out of batteries even though it was on charge. Wasted $100. Lesson, make sure the reviews are plenty instead of 5 five star ratings.

The media could not be loaded. This phone is janky. Very low quality. It glitches all the time, it doesn't have all the features that it claims to have on the Amazon site. It's very slow and the battery life lasts maybe 2 hours if you're using your phone. It's got horrible battery life. Everything that makes it sound good is not true. The best thing about this phone is that it's lightweight and has a lot of memory. That did not recommend buying this phone. It is a rip off ... show more

I bought this phone for my girlfriend to replace the outdated phone she had. She loves it. It has a large screen and is very clear. The speaker is really loud. I bought an 256 SD card for it. It comes with the charger, cable, type C corded ear buds, and a clear plastic phone case. I wasn't expecting all that, these days. It doesn't have the 3.5 aux port. This isn't a problem. I ordered a C type to 3.5 cable for her car. Amazon has them for about $6. The reception is very good in all areas that were a problem before, with the old phone. A lot of bang for the buck. This phone says it’s fully unlocked however I am a Verizon customer and it does not support that type of a network so please make sure you do your research before you spend money on this phone. It also does not support many apps due to older version of android. It runs pretty good though, but not a top line phone for somebody going access to all apps. ... show more

Get phone check it out and see it's 37% battery. Plug in the charger try plugging in to phone and it won't connect and fell out. Tried several times went to different outlet. Charger does not work. Right out of the box. So can you send me a charger or do I have to send everything back?
