As someone who purchased the Apolomedia tablet for my godson, I have found it to be a wonderful device with both positive and negative aspects. The read-to-me feature in the books is a fantastic tool for young readers, and the inclusion of YouTube Kids with the option for the child to create their own character adds a fun and personalized touch. Setting up the tablet was straightforward, and the wide variety of available apps offers a range of entertainment and educational content. The parental control app is a useful feature that provides peace of mind. However, the inability to download videos for offline viewing is a drawback, as well as the absence of Disney apps and free books. I have noticed that the battery drains faster than expected compared to other tablets, such as the Fire Kids tablet, but I am actively adjusting settings to improve battery life. This tablet is hands down the worst I've ever bought. Despite the great Google apps and ability to purchase others, it just can't hold a charge. It takes forever to download apps, constantly disconnects from Wi-Fi, and buffers during videos despite having strong Wi-Fi. Absolutely regret buying it.
