Bought this to replace a Keurig K150P that was 2 years old and would not consistently brew a full cup. The water filter system from the old machine mounted and connected right up to the new K-2500 and we had it working within 5 minutes of opening the box. It is very easy to operate and the new style touch screen is very "sleek" and modern. Just one warning you might keep in mind, this machine is taller than our old machine and especially when you open the "hatch" to put in a capsule, the handle needs quite a bit of height. We had to modify a cabinet that is located right above where the unit sits to clear the handle. All in all, seems like a big improvement over the old unit but time will tell ! ... show more

This machine replaced one of my K150 commercial machines. They are used on a daily basis in a county office. The new machine is hands down the best I could have asked for. Also it has the direct waterline already in the machine as the K150 I had to buy separate parts to make the machine work properly. The K2500 is also a much more compact and professional looking machine. As my other 3 K150's go out I will be replacing them with the K2500's for sure. ... show more

    • Slow to heat up and leaks
I have owned many Keurig machines in my life time and my office machine which gave me a great life began to fail so I decided to move on to this newer model. I love the direct water connection, it is easy to use and nice looking. What I truly dislike is that every time I want to make a cup of coffee this machine must go though the warm up process which takes 2-3 minutes. Out of all the machines I have owned none act this way, I have read the manual thinking this must be some kind of energy saving setting that I hoped could be disabled but sadly it does not seem this way. I will likely return it due to this. I am editing to this initial review. I came in to my office after the weekend to find a large amount of water on the counter and floor which came out of the machine. It was no longer leaking but clearly was released from the machine not the line or connections. After multiple calls to Keurig basically telling me that since it is not continuing to leak there is not much they can do. The call center was in another country, hard to understand and quite rude, even hanging up on me once. I was not in anyway rude to them I simply wanted this issue resolved. Luckily I was still within the return window so it was sent back. I will not be purchasing another after The very poor customer that Keurig provided, for what this thing cost you would think that you would at least get good service! ... show more

Who ever heard of a coffee maker with no clock? Well you have now. Since there's no clock, if you want it to turn on at a certain time, you'll have to use a smart plug. Now when I wake in the morning, I say "Alexa, Good Morning" and my bedroom fan turns off and my closet lights come on and my coffee maker turns on. It works perfect! There is a sleep timer. You have to choose a time in the Managers Menu (23456). There's also a Technicians Menu (34567). ... show more

Yes, $350 is a lot for a coffee maker. I'm an office manager, so I'm frugal by nature. From the second this coffee was hooked up (which only took seconds!) I didn't regret the expenditure. The convenience, appearance, and perfect coffee every time is worth it!

Love that it doesn’t require refilling. Love that it isn’t heating 24/7. It wakes up when you touch it. Love that it’s more compact. No cons.
