I mainly got this for the desk space it provides. I ended up getting the shelving that is sold separately to put behind it, too. The desk itself is solid structurally. It was easy to put together, took an evening each to put the desk together and the shelving, to be fair, I took my time. To anybody reading this, keep in mind this desk might be best placed in the center of a wall or center of a room rather than in the corner of a room. The way the desk is angled, in the back on both sides, leaves a triangular "hole". My BIGGEST problem is that the desk surface comes in 3 sections and where that "seam" is where the desk panels butt up against each other is NOT flat. Annoys the heck out of me, I have to hold my arm off to the center of the right panel to not feel that bump. I tried loosening and tightening certain screws to alleviate the issue, but that did not work. There were some extra plates that hold the panels together underneath, might screw them in to see if that flattens it out. Both the left and right panels hang below the center panel, I can't tell if the panels are warped/bent, but I don't believe they are sagging under their weight. A minor thing is the giant desk pad it comes with. It does exactly what it needs to do, it just says "FUTURE GAMER LEADER" in the center of it. Now, it cringes me to the point of needing to replace it or bleach the entire mat white, it just doesn't translate to English well. At least my keyboard covers it up for now. Overall, this was a decent purchase, it's between a 3.5 and a 4 star review to me. The desktop surface just needs to be flat and I will unfortunately have to modify this, because there was absolutely no chance I was willing to pack this complicated 75 lbs box back up and send it back. ... show more

This is the definition of sturdy. I have 3 monitors on a single clamp mount at the back of the desk. There is no sign of give on the desk a month later. The supplied cable organizer helps immensely. The desk space is incredible, even coming from an L-shaped desk prior. The supplied cup holder and headset stand make life much more liveable. The optional speaker mounts are incredible, one of which even holds my PC on it with no signs of lean. The included desktop mouse pad is insanely useful. Any gamer should invest in a desk like this.
