The solid silicone plugs dry out my ears kind of fast and they can be irritated at the end of the day compared to the tunnels, other than that these are great! I bought them for the winter time to help my poor little lobes stay warm (compared to metal jewelry) and I must say, the tunnels are so comfortable I haven't work anything else since. Over the last few weeks I have bought and returned several silicone ear jewelry. The silicone tunnels are always way too thin and cheap, most of the time they have visible seams that are uncomfortable. These tunnels are thick enough to properly hold their shape, but thin enough to be very comfortable. The plugs are also very well made comfortable and good for stretching. you get a lot for the price but the ear skins are thin. I prefer plugs over ear skins, the plugs are a little cheap looking and solid so they are more noticeable while wearing them over something like Kaos softwear

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was because on the hollow guage ones the silicone is pretty thin. Just a little bit thicker than a condom in my opinion.
