I came to update my original rating (which was one star) and it was not even posted. Maybe because my rating was not about the item but the "deceptive" marketing that led me to purchase the item. It was a gift. My niece loves it... but I still have my worries. Why wasn't my first rating posted? Why did some of the other ratings that helped me to decide to purchase dissappear? Why did the typical price and sale price change from 75% discount on a $300+ tablet to 10% discount on a $100 tablet within 24-48 hours after I purchased it? Well anyway, she loves it, seemingly more than other tablets she's had.... so I'm giving it a 4. ... show more

I just recieved this today and right away the screen is black. I know its on, when I hold the power button I can feel a vibration after about 10 seconds. It vibrates when I plug in the charger. I also hear a chime when I press the power button, as if it is closing/shutting off the screen, yet I see nothing. I was able to contact Amazon support (the url for Jumper's support page didn't work for me) and am able to get a replacement and send this one back for free. We'll see how the new one is, I'll update my review then and be able to fairly judge it. Until then, a little disappointed that quality control didn't catch this. Update (March 18, 2024): New tablet arrived and guess what? This one has the same issue. Very unhappy. I'm going to try to see if I can get it to work, because I really wanted a tablet to start working on projects. Otherwise I'm returning this one too and going to try and get a refund, this is ridiculous! ... show more
