This is the first jump rope I've ever bought to incorporate into my routine and it has been held up great so far for the ~1 year I have been using it. The handles are comfortable, the rope never tangles, and it's light enough I can use it for sustained periods of time with ease. The product comes with instructions to size the rope appropriately that are clear and easy to follow. The one issue for some users I would draw attention to is that by traditional sizing conventions the maximum height of a person this rope accommodates is about 5'8" which fortunately for myself works great but could be a deal-breaker if you're taller. ... show more
