I like that it is heavy enough that it doesn’t curl at the bottom of the rope and catch your feet. Easy to use but cutting the rope to adjust it is difficult. Normal scissors aren’t strong enough to cut it and your scissors will break/chip/just bend the rope and not cut it. Need to use actual tools.

I just started jumping rope for extra cardio in my day. This was perfect size and didn’t need to be adjusted even though it seems super easy to do if needed. I am 5’4” and jumped rope for 40 min today with this , without any issues. The bearings in the handle spin super easy!
