The media could not be loaded. This product comes with everything that is needed for install. Took me about 5 minutes or so. The backplate feels sturdy and the triggers and back buttons fit into it just as intended. The RGB module is a nice touch and it comes with some nice backplates for the rgb module. Along with some blanks so you can customize your own design. If you need help with install, JSAUX has a nice and short video on YouTube that gets straight to the point. this replacement back cover for my rog ally is great, but i did not see any difference from the temp. buti do have a dock so i don't really worry about the temp because it has 2 fan and i rarely feel the temp on it. i highly recommend it f you want transparent back cover looks cool. i forgot it has an LED light in the back. ... show more

More of a small nit pick but the grips aren't textured like the oem case. That a big thing it appears I find it constantly slipping from my grip. But I have sweaty/ clamy hands so. If you have this problem beware.

Bought my Ally about 10 days ago and wanted to modify it, already upgraded the SSD and found this rear shell for a shell swap. Saw the excellent reviews, so I pulled the trigger and got it for $29.99. The install was foolproof. Just undo 6 screws on the factory rear, and it pulls off easily with your fingers. Move the two programmable buttons and the shoulder buttons to the new shell, apply one of the small squares of tape to the light sensor. Install your chosen RGB design template and place the RGB unit and then pop the rear shell onto the Ally and screw it down. I forgot about the captive screw the first time I did it, but you'll want to transfer the small plastic washer on the captive screw JSAUX thankfully include some blank RGB covers, so I borrowed my wife's Cricut and using black vinyl I was able to create an ROG logo for the RGB panel and it looks like a factory option. I am very happy with the shell and RGB unit, it really makes my unit stand out with some personality. The build quality of the plastic is superb, there were no sharp edges whatsoever and it clicks together nicely and comes apart nicely too. It's a real change from the usual Aliexpress shells I'm used to for other handhelds. If you're thinking of buying it, you should - it's a solid product. ... show more

this lil see-through number is a hit! I can tell because when I walk by with my Ally and i catch the looks she be gettiing when the people catch the lil 'peek-a-boo' action on her backside.. the excitement I can read on they faces.. then they realize i caught them staring LOL. they always try and hide it. play it off like they were crackin they neck or stretching all they want but its too late. you already got caught busted checkin out my sweet, young Ally lol BUT I AINT MAD. No Sir-ee-Bob! I love the attention they give her! it gets me ROCK hard! ... show more

Reminds me of my original Gameboy! My only thing was installing the sunlight sensor pads (I don't know what they're called).. it will ruin your day just put them on your sensor! At first I thought my ally was broken went threw the warranty and all that. They said they will repair or replace it so I put back the original backplate and everything worked great again! Just read the instructions! Now I enjoy my ally z1 extreme! ... show more
