This is a great case for the ROG Ally. It fits fairly well, with a few things that could be improved. The area around the SD card is a bit bulky, and makes it a bit difficult to remove Micro SD cards. The cover fits nicely, but is a bit tight, and feels like it may damage the joysticks. This case offers good grip and protection your the ROG Ally, without being too bulky. The batter works perfect, and holds a decently long charge. The built in charging cord is a nice touch, and paired with the USB C corner adapter fits well. The Velcro on the back feels a bit wobbly, partly due to the design of the clip. It makes the battery feel a bit loose when strapped on. Would definitely recommend.

The hard case is nice. It fit well on the Ally, with a little effort. The idea of a battery pack is really nice, but poorly executed in this case (pun not intended). I guess I have large hands but no matter where the battery pack is, my fingers bump into it, as my hands wrap around the Ally. It's uncomfortable. Installing the battery mount to the case is instructed incorrectly. The instructions are translated, so you have words inserted into the instructions that don't need to be there. The way the battery pack is mounted on the back of the case is flimsy at best; overall, not secured, and will fall off of your case, if you're not holding it perfectly still. The weight of the battery is substantial. I don't think I'd enjoy it for long term gaming. The case alone is a good price, but for all of these faults, the value of the case and battery together, is way overpriced. I didn't get a chance to try out the battery's life, but I can assume it's decent. I'll be returning this for sure, and getting a case without the battery, for way cheaper, and I'll probably just get a battery with a longer cord to charge while playing. If I play my cards right, it'll be cheaper than this "all in one" feature.

Battery doesn’t last long and straps are not long enough to secure the battery to the case. The case itself is nice tho.
