    • Great sound, doesn't fall out of my ear easily
These earbuds have a great sound for music and phone calls. Earbuds with soft round shapes won't stay lodged in my ears with inconsistent sound quality. These earbuds are more secure and sounds great. The only downside is they only last for approximately 2.5 hours talk time. I don't know how this compares with similar earbuds, but for the price, I am very happy. I even got a second one for a backup. ... show more

These earbuds have an amazing price point, the digital screen is wonderful (when it works properly), and charging is quick and lasts for a while. As you can see my charging screen doesn’t display the charge percentage some of the time. This can typically be remedied by opening and closing the case, but still, I wish I worked the way it was supposed to every time. These earbuds do hurt my ears after about 15 minutes of wear. After a week of daily use they definitely still cause pain, but it’s not as painful as the first couple days. So you will somewhat adjust if you also experience this problem if you choose to stick with it. Over the course of a week, I listened to a 15 hour audio book and a few pod casts and they still have more than half of their charge, so I’m very impressed with the battery life. The sound is decent, but there is a noticeable electrical sound when nothing is playing and I can detect it slightly when I have sound going too. All in all these are decent for $20, but nothing stellar. They’ll get the job done. ... show more

I don’t usually write reviews. If I really, really don’t like something, I might write a negative review of it. If I think something is great, I might give a positive nod, but it has to be outstanding. I’m writing a positive review of these earbuds. Maybe that says something. Does this review therefore signal that I think they’re “great earbuds” as measured against other brands of earbuds? No. I’m writing this review because, measured only against my own ineptitude, they met my need wonderfully. Not when compared with other brands of earbuds, because I’m not qualified to judge that. As someone who has always used wired headsets, earbuds were something new to me. But when my new phone arrived and I discovered it didn’t have a phone jack, thereby pushing me into earbud territory, I began looking for simple earbuds. I ordered a pair from Amazon, in the $70 range (I just wanted simple), and when I opened the package and examined them, I was impressed. However, to configure them to my equipment, I needed to go online and download some stuff. Not only that, but since I didn’t have a PC (I have Chromebooks) I would have to do something online, on a website – something, shall we say, unsettling – to get the new earbuds ready for use. Prior experience has shown me that navigating my way through online websites can only result in unfortunate consequences. I returned the earbuds to Amazon. So I began again to search for just plain earbuds that didn’t rely on websites to get ready for use. I came upon these, which seemed simple and didn’t mention going online. They arrived, and following the simple instructions to juice them up and put them in my ears (nary a word about going online!), I found that these earbuds worked wonderfully! Despite the fact that nothing in the written instructions mentioned going on the internet, I had better sound through these earbuds than I had with my wired headsets! You’re reading the writings of a happy camper. And I must mention, they were half the price of the first earbuds, the ones that required me to go online and download something. I don’t know whether these earbuds are delivering the best sound possible – I suspect not; probably there are better ones out there. Earbuds that cost more, and you have to go online to use them. Great headphones at a budget price. These have the features of a much more expensive product. The battery life is longer than my previous headphones...and the charge indicator is very convenient. Excellent sound quality and they stay in well during fast walking.

Good: long battery life, useful battery status display, physical buttons so no inadvertent touch effects, low price Bad: occasionally drops connection for a few moments every few minutes (in an rf-busy environment, much worse than my other earbud brands) Inexcusable: low-battery warning message is painfully loud!     • Comfortable but still slip out of my ears

Good sound, good battery life and very comfortable but I have yet to find one that stays on the outside of the ear canal to not fall out when doing activities no matter how I turn it in my ear. Clearly it’s my ears!
