The media could not be loaded. A bunch of parents we know recommended this watch from cosmo so we’ve been trying it out and absolutely love it. Things we love: The main features we love as parents are the basics like calling and message and the gps tracking. Those have worked really well so far. The texting is also great and works just like any other phone. Our kid loves sending little videos or voice messages to his grandparents. And the coolest thing is all the extra features we can add. Its got access to a handful of extra apps that parents can add, manage, set time limits on, etc. We added Spotify kids (which you need a Spotify Family plan for) and our son thinks its so cool. I like that we have full control and hoping they add more apps to the library soon. Things we don’t love: Wish the charger was a little easier to use on this or was a plug in vs a magnet. Sometimes it’s a little hard to get set. We reliably get 24 hours of battery but it’d be nice if it was like 2 days or more. All said, this has been awesome and we’re big fans of cosmo! ... show more

We were very excited to find this watch after doing a lot of research. Liked the fact that it comes with just the basics but also has options for other apps and features with parental controls. The set up was pretty easy and we its been great to be able to stay in touch. Sharing our feedback here with a few things we like as well as don’t like. Texting is the best feature by far, although our son loves the stop watch. He times himself doing everything from brushing teeth to walking to school to see how long it takes. Pros: - Nice quality and seems comfortable/durable for our 8 year old - User friendly and a nice mix of practical and fun features to choose from - GREAT support - they were really kind and fast when we needed some help with activation. Cons: - Calls are a little quiet/hard to hear sometimes - Charger can fall off easily and is unique to the COSMO watch. Really wish it was a universal charger type - Little larger than is ideal. We knew it wasn't an apple watch size and fits our son fine but would be too bulky for a small 5 or 6 yr old All in all a good experience and would have given it 4 stars but the support team was great so it gets a 5! ... show more

My son has had his JrTrack for a while now and it works amazing. It’s simple and affordable with many great features. We love group texting with our family. You can customize the contact list and now it has Spotify! So my son asked for the updated JrTrack.

First smartwatch for kids without internet or games is amazing! I work with kids and love that you can set reminder, take pictures and set it in school mode. Strong wristbands so it’s not easy to accidentally rip off and it’s water resistant.

Great buy for kids who are always active with sports school or extra curricula. Location like GPS and communication with talk and text, this smartwatch is perfect. It is very stylish and kids can customize the color background or ringtones.

First time purchasing a smartwatch for my son who's is 5th grade only because it has major restrictions that a parent can control such as, the contact list. It has school mode and super safe on your child's wrist while playing sports or playing in the park. It has GPS and is water resistant.

My kid loved the watch. Very easy to use. I like the fact that there are different wristband options and you can change the ringtones and background. GPS helps a lot for peace of mind and you can also take pictures!
