The Raindrop Pendant Lights add a touch of elegance to my bathroom. I cannot overstate the quality and design of these lights. Easy installation and dimmable. Also, this company's customer service is exceptional! When my installer accidentally cut the black cord too short during installation, I contacted the this company’s customer service. Their prompt response was impressive, and they sent a replacement wire at no charge within just a few days. If you're thinking of getting these Raindrop Pendant Lights, I can’t recommend enough! These are some beautiful lights but there are some Q C issues. First set I ordered would not thread together, all three defective. I sent that back and reordered a new set. First thing I checked was the threaded portion that was bad on the previous set; and no issues (yeah!!!) I went to install them and one of them did boot have the top of the glass ground down enough so the set screws would not go into the securing holes in the glass pendants. Very frustrating, but after some research I learned glass can be sanded down with ordinary sand paper. I got out my belt sander so I could keep everything square, and did some finish work on the defective light. Eventually got it to fit perfectly. I loved look, but don’t love the QC issues given the price of these! Other suggestion is to go and buy some incandescent Edison bulbs, they look absolutely stunning in these lights, especially when dimmed low so you can see the filaments!! ... show more

We ordered two of these lights and then 5 minutes later we ordered 2 more. First order arrived on time, but second order was sent to a different vendor and arrived late. First order installed easily, but the second order had a few small differences in the wiring hardware. The wire was not in a sleeve like the wire on the first order and the mounting plate was different. These things were minor and did not bother me. The part that bothered me was the pendant globe was very difficult to get to screw into the pendant base. This is the last thing you have to do when installing these lights. After about an hour of working the the two pieces together, backing out, cleaning the threads and applying lubricant, I was able to get the parts screwed together almost all the way. This was simply a case of poor manufacturing and not really something the vendor could control, but someone should check the fit before they are shipped. I love the look. But QUALITY is the issue. I have been trying to get in touch with seller to replace 2 of the 3 bulbs (one has no air bubbles). But cannot find way to contact. Amazon CS only gave me names of manufacturer, seller, and a look up website that I cannot get into, plus the Amazon site offers no contact information under seller's page, and no contact information on product page. This is why I am not big fan of Amagon. FRUSTRATING! I see others have had contact with seller and offer good contact information and resolutions. How? I am running up against a deadline, being this Saturday, 3/2, to return for full refund. (BTW, quite expensive too.) I would like to take route of working with seller, but, unfortunately, will be forced to take the more expensive route of returning and repurchasing until I get bulbs (and rest of fixture) that is acceptable. ... show more
