This bike is absolutely adorable. The build quality is great for a child's bike and it's easy to put together even with the supplied tool kit. My daughter just turned 4 and she fits the bike perfectly with the seat all the way down (and the doll carrier off). The doll carrier uses up about 1-2 inches of seat tube so I will have to reinstall it when she grows a little bit more. Still a better bike than anything I could find at Walmart. Just the cost of a doll carrier, basket and bell separate makes this a better value. The seat is spring loaded (not like a child really needs it) but it's a comfy saddle overall. The color scheme is classy too. Also comes with sticker pack so you can customize their name onto it. Very cute. ... show more

**UPDATE MAY 2024*** Sugoo Cycle contacted me and ask that I take the bike to a local bicycle shop and they would cover repairs. The shop was able to repair the bike at no cost. Sugoo offered me a discount for the hassle. Many, many thanks to Sugoo for helping me with this. My daughter is so happy to be riding her bike. Thanks again to Sugoo Cycle for your help. I do recommend Sugoo Cycle for purchasing needs. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! As a matter of fact, Amazon should stop selling this product. I bought the bike back in December, however, I just started putting the bike together at the end of February. The bike seat was not shipped attached to the post per the instructions. So I tried to attached it and tighten the bolts and had no luck. Also the brakes which was already shipped installed was not installed correctly as if you pull the brakes on the handle bars the bike still moves. Contacted product support listed on this page they indicate that they NO LONGER SUPPORT THIS BIKE AND TO EMAIL joystar@joykie.com. I emailed them on Wednesday (since I registered this bike to use the warranty) and have not received an acknowledgement or a response yet. Ridiculous. Spent almost $200 on this bike and my kid can't ride it. The warranty is a LOAD of CRAP. I really don't think there is a warranty on this bike. There is no 1-800 number just an email. How ironic. Never again. I will try Amazon to see if they have any other ideas....I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY THIS BIKE! ... show more

My child hasn’t unwrapped it yet, but I wanted to write a review about the packaging and assembly. The bike was packaged very well. There was cardboard padding on all the painted parts and plastic covering any nuts/bolts/screws that stuck out. It took about an hour and 45 minutes for me to put it together on my own. The instructions were much more detailed and clear than I expected, the only part I wish was more detailed was on the fender placement. It even came with a set of letter stickers (one capital and one lowercase of each) to put a name on the bicycle. They do have instructions at the very end on how to set the hand break up so it touches the tire when activated. So far I am very satisfied. I will update if anything goes wrong when she actually starts riding it. ... show more

Where to start? Assembly was moving along fine until I got to installing the fenders. The two fenders are different, but the instructions lack enough detail to determine which goes where. Then I was dismayed to discover that the lock nut that needed to be removed, in order to install the front fender, had been threaded on past it's lock point. Much frustration and two hours later, I finally got it off, but the brake assembly mounting bolt was stripped. The entire forward brake assembly had to be removed. Fortunately, this is a training bike and also has a back-pedal brake. The final insult to injury was that the instructions for mounting the rear reflector were just wrong. They didn't match the hard mount point on the bike at all. Recommendations for management: 1. Update the assembly instructions. Most problems could have been avoided with more detailed / accurate instructions. 2. Don't use lock nuts on an assembly like this, if you can't guarantee that the monkeys doing the preassembly won't overtighten them. UPDATE - 31 MAY 2024 After submitting my initial review, the seller offered a full refund. No conditions were mentioned. Then they came back stating that the bicycle needed to be returned in order to receive the refund, and asked if I'd already assembled it. As indicated in my initial review, it's already fully assembled. My daughter's birthday is tomorrow, so we're out of time to fix this. Reducing star rating to one. ... show more

We let our 3-year-old pick out the bike he wanted out of several on Amazon, this is what he chose. The directions were terrible, I had to find YouTube videos for several of the parts because the directions made it difficult, when it didn't need to be difficult- just give us accurate directions for the bike we purchased, not a bike we didn't purchase!! The seat portion had a small plastic part on the end that made absolutely no sense- and the training wheels had parts missing. Overall my son loves the bike, but had he not seen it, I would have immediately returned it. As of now, the seat is so loose it keeps turning and there is no way to tighten it. If you are handy and know how to put stuff together, go to the hardware store for spare parts, and can figure stuff out without step-by-step directions, then this bike is for you. If you are like us and rely on directions and for all of the parts to be included with the bike, save your frustration and DO NOT buy this. ... show more
