I ordered this truck for my granddaughters. When I put it together the directions are a little hard but if you keep reverting back to the first page you should be alright. Assembly time about 1 hour. When it was complete, it was the cutest jeep EVER. The engine sounds when you push start. The horn beeps, headlights turn on, it plays music and also has iPod adapter. It has a parental remote! I liked it so much I bought another one. When that came the body was damaged and parts were broken inside but I emailed customer. Service and they got right back to me the next day. Okay so when did buying a power wheel become so difficult? There are so many options out there! The reasons I chose this one is because: it is a double seater, the steering wheel is in front of the driver and not centered between both passengers, has good rigid wheels to get through dirt/yards, was a good price compared to all the others I was looking at, battery life is good, has headlights (my 2 yr old loves playing with them). I didn't think I would use the remote control and I was hoping to find one without that feature ,but it was near impossible to find, but we ended up using the remote a lot! Bought the jeep for my 3 year old. Its a mess to put together. Nothing come assembled. Parts are cheap plastic. Worked perfectly for about a month. The toy suddenly stop charging. No longer held a charge. Wheels stop moving. Started falling apart. Gave it away for free at my yard sale. Don't waste your money. Cheaper to go to walmart for a better quality toy. ... show more

Got this for my grandson who turned 3. He is not what I would call a small child. He fits with room to grow. He says it's a "good monster truck!" If you are looking for a truck to drive around in the country, this is not the truck. It gets traction but struggles to go up hills. Works beautifully on flat surface and even gets up to pretty good speeds. We live in the country and he lives in the city. Battery life was better than I expected. Lasted through him until he got bored and then we were able to put his one year old sister in until she also got tiered of it. Still had a charge when we put it in the van for them to take home. Of course we "tested" it out before they got it. It's a pretty fun truck to play with. I felt like it was a family toy as we enjoyed it as much as he did. The controls are not as consolidated as I would like. With forward and backward on one side and right and left on the other, I kept hitting the parking break and speed instead of turning. But not a deal breaker. There is no switch to go to manual driving but I had no problem correcting his driving when he decided to take control. I didn't have any of the problems I saw on here putting it together. I followed along with the video pausing as needed to get steps finished. It's very sturdy. I accidentally ran into a tree full speed while testing (without a kid) and it did zero damage. I think it would be a cool stroller for neighborhood walks. If you have two very small children they could fit but two hefty 3 year olds definitely would not. My 2 yr old LOVES her pink keep. My husband HATED putting it together. The other reviews mentioning the instructions are correct. My husband is blue collar/electrician and this stumped him. The seller does get back to you with answers pretty quick, and the video helped (you have to ask them to send the link). We did only received two tires in the initial shipment, don’t freak out they will send the second tires and anything else that wasn’t in the first box. It took about three days to receive the second shipment. Don’t worry even if it doesn’t show up on your Amazon as a second package being delivered, it will. You can contact the seller to get an update. After putting it together, and getting a little one in it, all the work was worth it she just loves it. The remote control works fine. We loved the Jeep. It was easy to assemble and only took about 45 minutes. The seat is not as big as expected but still perfect for little ones. We love the remote feature. Only downfall so far is that the Jeep stops abruptly when using the controller. Otherwise, we love it.

    • Kid loved but parts keep breaking
My son has loved this car and rides it all the time. His favorite toy. However after 2 or 3 months the connectors the the battery failed. I was sent a new part. All good. 6 month in to owning this thing the bar for the back wheels is broken and I keep having to pop it back in and now the wires for the wheels have fallen out and it’s inoperable. Contacting the seller takes a day between each correspondence because of the time difference. Huge language barrier. And every single time they ask me to repair something myself. Every day am outside trying to make some repair that they’re suggesting and nothing is working. Now they’re telling me I have to wait three weeks for a part that may or may not work and they made a nasty comment about getting a man to help me. With the cost of this item for it to be broken after six months and getting such a little help is infuriating. It was a great toy, but not worth the cost for only six months of use UPDATE: I was sent a replacement part expedited shipping (which I had to request as I was told it would take 2-3 weeks) and hope this fixes the issue!! ... show more
