When the glass is too wide the ice melts faster diluting the beverage and causing constant refreshening. This glass is not too wide, the cubes stack on each other vs. floating to the top, and help keep each other cold. It fits nicely in your hand. I love these so much that I've bought three boxes! Yes, one broke, but the break was a human error. No glass will survive my tile floor! Otherwise, they are very sturdy. They look elegant on the table or the bar. We use them for fancy and everyday dinners. A real workhorse of a glass, handles water, iced tea, cocktails, etc. Easy to hold. Highly recommend. I love the glasses. They are sleek and have a nice heavy base. One of them did come shattered but I contacted Joy Jolt on their support website directly and they creared an order through themselves to send a replacement glass. It only took a few minutes and was super easy.

I would have given a 5 star overall, but it arrived late. This is a GREAT product. Nice and sturdy, but slim enough to get a good grasp around it. I got these for my father with dementia and he loves the slimness of the glass to get his hands around it.

I reordered these glasses to replace some of mine that had broken over the years. They have changed a little bit,I think I first purchased in 2018/2019 and they were much thinner then. I do prefer the mouthful of the older style, thinner rimmed glasses...but I had to reorder because I broke too many of them, so I am glad that they made the rim a bit thicker, as well as added some weight to the bottom of the glass. They still feel really nice to drink out of, but much less fragile. I wouldn't recommend putting them through the dishwasher, because that's what ultimately broke my last set (it caused cracks in the glass that eventually broke them while in the dishwasher). Left (1st pic) and top (2nd picture) are the old style, they're barely any different to look at, but you can probably notice one is a little thicker than the other. Really great for cocktails over ice or even a refreshing way to drink a soda. ... show more
