I was surprised with the headset. At first it looked a bit bulky and heavy. I was very surprised as it is very comfortable to wear all day (I wear a headset most days for work). The headset is light and fits around the ear pretty good. I originally thought the bulky battery part would be an issue. It is not. All in all, it is light and comfortable. I listen to phone calls and music with no issues. The volume controls are easily accessible. I like there is a separate mute button. The sound quality is very good. I connect to an iPhone X & iPad. I have no issues and quite like it. I like there is a physical button to “click” to turn on & off and answer phone calls. I prefer that over the touch induction buttons. The battery life sems to be good. It last quite a long time on standby. I am normally on the phone about 4 to 5 hours during the day and I normally charge the headset when I am off work. I have not run out of battery life. A fully charged headset will last all day. I sometime switch between ears just for a little change. With this light headset I can hardly tell it is on my ear. Remember I wear a headset all day. So, I am quite used to them. I like there are a couple of separate earpieces that will fit the headset to your ear canal. This makes the headset a bit more comfortable than others I have tried. The case can hold everything. I even folded the instruction book, cord, and extra ear holders when placed inside. It is semi ridged and will not crush. Maybe a little too bulky for a pocket; however, it will fit well in bag or purse. The case will protect the headset when travel. First headset with the semi rigid case I have seen (I was not actively looking for one either though). If I lose the headset the case could be used for other small items. Kind of a bonus, I guess. For about $20 it is worth the try to buy. You are not breaking the bank on a very good headset. Overall, it is a good buy, and I would buy again if I lost this one. The package did take about a week to come in, which is fine. The package came in good condition. You can tell the product was new and neatly packaged. I love the case that came with it. You can tell that it is very protective and it even has a pocket where I put the charger and an extra earbud attachment. I like that it came with different sizes of air buds as well as cushion one to go over an earbud to offer more comfort if that's what you want. The buttons are actually very easy to use and easy to remember. I used it for a day and was able to just push the button on the side with my shoulder to answer and hang up the phone if I didn't want to use my hands at all at that moment. The other buttons are multi-purpose and easy to use as well. Adjusting the volume is easy to remember without really thinking about it. Skipping music or going backwards is also very convenient. I didn't have any problems at all. Listening to music was great. The sound quality was very much so up there. When talking on the phone I could hear the other person very clearly they never asked me to repeat myself so I think that they heard me clearly as well. It's a very multi-purpose headset that you can use all day the battery life is even very long. I like that it came fully charged so I could just start using it right away and the charge lasts a long time. When you do need to charge it it doesn't seem to take long at all just leave it in for maybe an hour and you're good to go for a couple days depending on how much you talk. I would say this is even good for work if that's what you want to use it for or just convenience when driving. Using it while driving is very easy once you turn it on and you can even, like I said, turn it on with your shoulder. I like that you can wake up your phone's assistant by pushing the button as well. In the age of Zoom calls, this is an essential tool for work. This Bluetooth headset came in a well-packaged box. Inside contain a carrying case with the headset inside as well as a charging cable, different sizes of earbud cover and an instruction manual. The carrying case is made of a matte material, fingerprint free and appears sturdy. Since I often put my headset into a full book bag, I want something that can withstand any accidental squishing. When the case is zipped closed, it can withstand quite a lot of force and only slightly buckle when I press down hard with my hand. I feel confident that should I accidentally drop it or my book bag exerts too much of a force, the case will still remain intact. Even without reading the manual I was able to quickly turn the headset on and connect to my computer via Bluetooth. There are 4 buttons: power, mute, and volume up and down. They work well right out of box and easy to find even when I am wearing the headset by feeling them. The manual is helpful too in case you are having any difficulty using the headset. The manual also includes how to use the buttons for different things. For example, the power button can be used to answer /hang up the phone or reject a call depending on the number of presses, activate siri or play / pause music. The headset volume is appropriate and sound quality is clear enough for calls and meetings. I tried recording my voice speaking into the mic and the voice quality is fairly good, sounding similar to other mics in the same price range. At this price, I don't expect the quality of the mic to be as good as microphones made for singing and such. This headset is more than enough for a zoom call. I like the style of the headset, it looks very sleek, especially with the red power button. Wearing it is quite comfortable and it doesn't get in the way at all. I was able to use it for quite long without needing to recharge, so that is definitely a plus since my previous Bluetooth earbuds that I used in the past needed to be charged all the time. Overall, this is a no-frills headset that gets the job done at a very reasonable price. If you are in the market for a cheap headset, I would recommend this one. ... show more
