This boots look really nice. I ordered my regular size and they fit perfectly. I just got them so quality wise I don't know yet. I live in a warm country so I'm not going to wear them all the time. They were a little loose around my calf but I think I'ts worth it to have them fixed :) Update Oct. 2013: No complaints! Excelent boots, comfortable, good quality, great colors. Love these boots. They are my second pair. They come in wider sizes which is great. The zipper allow for a wider foot and higher arch. I cannot wear many boots because they will not go over my arch when putting on and I have a small foot.. A little gorilla glue on the end straps keeps them from curling and looking beautiful. Have gotten many compliments are theses boots. The material is a little thinner but allow for wearing in warmer weather yet keeps my foot warm in the cold weather. They are very comfortable and with a pair of gel foot pads slid in the bottom (without removing the inside sole as some suggest) they are easily worn all day. In fact I recently did a full day cliff walk in these boots and was just fine. The bottoms also grip very well and are not slippery when in water or snow. ... show more

The boots are cute but they run a tad big in the foot and a bit small in the shaft. I had to send them back and get the Brinley Co wide calf that looks identical to these, but in a smaller size. Now I have the correct size & they fit perfect but they aren't made very well!! Thats no big deal though because I didn't pay much for them & I was expecting them not to be made too good for the price..I liked the way they look, so I bought em!! Overall they are very cute but probably won't last too long if someone was buying them to wear ALL THE TIME..People always say you get what u pay for.. That applies in this case but are still really cute & they'll last a little while if taken care of.. Also they ARE NOT good for bad weather.. Just not a boot for the rain or snow..it soaks in &feet will get wet..Brinley Co makes this same boot in a wide calf ,so if you have bigger calves like Me, I would recommend buying the Brinley Co if you want a looser,more comfortable fit in the shaft.. I also would say to order your normal size because they DONT run small at all.. If anything they run a little big in the foot part.. But order normal size to be safe then exchange if too big.. I hope this helps others when buying these boots and trying to decide what size to get. Other reviews that I read while I was researching the size and fit just didn't have enough helpful size and fit info in them... I ordered a half size up because everyone said they run small but that's NOT TRUE.. They're small in shaft and a little big in the foot..they are just a tad big in the foot though,not much at all so I guess U could say they are closer to true size..HOPE THIS HELPS someone when it comes to figuring out what size to buy!! Really cute boot..oh and FYI the Brinley boots I suggested that come in wide calf are actually a few dollars cheaper than these journee boots and they're IDENTICAL!! They are made the same,look the same , feel the same , fit the same.. I got the journee boot to begin with & had to exchange & got the Brinley in wide calf as I stated previously & they are basically the same boot with different names and a few $$ price difference at that!! I bought these boots as I figured with the zipper I'd have a better time getting them over jeans/leggings than the pull on kind. These boots fits really well, totally true to size (I bought a size 6, I can usually wear a 5 1/2 to 6 in boots). The soles on these are treaded and non-slippery. The insoles were perfect. The slouchy style w/the buckles are so much cuter in person than the pictures. I got SO many compliments from people the first day I wore these boots. People couldn't believe I found them on amazon. I like that the toes are not pointed like I've seen some boots in this color (black), but has a nice blunted toe w/rounded edges. It's very comfortable and I really didn't want to take them off at the end of the day. The material is soft and has a brushed leather look to them. Great boot for a fantastic price. ... show more

Update! I returned these cheap boots the same day I received them. I have been waiting almost a month for a refund. Every time I check the status of the refund, the date keeps getting moved up. Beware! This company appears very suspicious to me.

These boots are awesome! They are cute and comfortable with good foot support, and i can wear them all day long! They are not really waterproof but they do not "water stain" like uggs and other boots. I cannot understand many of the complaints this shoe has received. If you are looking for one of those high quality boots that are leather or micro-suede, these are not what you are looking for. However, they are moderate quality and amazing for thier price! I was reluctant to buy boots at such a low price, but i have had them for several months now and wear them three to four days of the week. They go with everything and i have gotten loads of complements. Must buy for any teenager! ... show more

After reading the reviews, I decided to order these boots. The reviews stated that the bed of the boot is very hard and hurts the feet when walking or standing too long. I ordered a pair of Dr. Scholls inserts and they fit and feel perfect. I get a lot of compliments wearing these boots.

These fit me great with my own Custom insole. If they fit you too large consider an insole. I walked a few hours in them with no problem and no sore feet the Calf are very large but the boot stays on just fine. The fabric is thin and lightweight and may not hold up to outdoor activity but seems fine for home or office. ... show more
