I didn't know what to expect when purchasing this as it was very affordable, but I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set up, the thoughtful touches, like a clamp net which makes it easy to break down, and the overall quality. Only caveat it that it's heavy in the box - definitely a 2-person (or more) moving job. Very satisfied with the delivery and quality of the table. I opened the box while the delivery guy was still here, in case it's broken during delivery. It's all good, nothing wrong. The packaging protected the table very well. There are two pieces, easy to assemble, easy to move after assemble. The table is perfectly fine for what I wanted--informal games among family. I'm a bit concerned about quality control though. The carton had clearly been opened and resealed very sloppily so I was expecting damage. Luckily I didn't find any. But there were several points of sloppiness in the manufacturing--screws not set right and the like--that I had to fix myself. I've downgraded the rating to reflect these issues. ... show more

    • NSD, the delivery company for the Ping Pong table, was a disaster.

The table arrived without installation instruction, with clamps missing and without a net. The actual assembly is easy and the table is good, however the delivery was late and chaotic. NSD, the delivery company, sends texts etc advising on delivery dates, but following their links to the web site or to their phone responses (the phone literally cuts off when you answer "yes" to the question if you have the tracking number) always results in a dead end. It is impossible to reach them - let alone call a person. I ended up contacting Amazon customer service who promised to have someone from NSD contact me, which of course did not happen. Finally the table was delivered at 10 PM about a week after the promised delivery date. Amazon calls itself the most customer centric company in the world - or words to that effect, NSD quite obviously does not live up to the same standards. ... show more

Awesome ping pong table. 10 min assembly if you have 2 adjustable wrenches. Put on the wheels and you are done. Took 45 minutes to move from porch to game room, with 2 people. Had to move stuff to make way for it. Very good quality. It is big, but can you can play normal ping pong. Smaller table hard to play on normally as an adult. ... show more

This is my first time getting a table tennis table, and I am pretty satisfied with it! The table was well protected in the box, no damage, is nice and beautiful. We were able to assemble it within 20min, all we have to do is installing the wheel legs, and very simple. Then my dad and I spent couple hours on it, and we are both happy about it.     • It works but largely disappointed with 13mm model

I probably should have spent a little more and gone with a thicker table - but really I should have picked a different product. If you're looking for something that can minimize the space used when storing, or you're just a casual player that doesn't care about the balance/leveling or table connections, then this is likely a good option for you. The screws, at least in the 13mm model, that support the folding arm are very small and all three of them for one folding arm have already fallen out. This table is entirely two separate tables. They fold and store individually and the only thing piecing them together are the clamps that support the net. This drives me crazy, because it's very difficult to keep them level and close enough to each other. The folding table I had as a kid was all one piece and was always in the right position when open. These have to be lined up, and then the clamps (which aren't very wide) have to keep things together and in place. It works, and we've spent plenty of time playing - but I'm generally disappointed with it and will likely replace it in the future. ... show more
