  • Overall Review Pros & Cons
Style: D41 Mesh SC Black
The JONSBO D41 MESH SC is a sleek, high-performance ATX mid-tower case that pairs style and functionality, delivering a compelling choice for builders looking to house powerful components like the RTX 4090. Here’s an in-depth look at what it offers: Design & Build Quality The D41 MESH SC exudes a minimalist yet sophisticated design with its full black color and fine mesh front panel that strikes a balance between aesthetics and functionality. The mesh design not only adds a modern look but also allows for excellent airflow, making it an ideal choice for high-powered setups. The build quality is solid, with sturdy materials that feel robust and well-crafted. The addition of a customizable screen on the front panel is a unique touch, giving users the ability to monitor temperatures or display personal animations, adding both style and utility. GPU & Component Compatibility This case shines in terms of compatibility. It supports large GPUs, including the massive RTX 4090, with an allowance of up to 400mm in length, so you won’t need to worry about space constraints for high-end graphics cards. With ample room for cooling, you can install either a 360mm or 280mm AIO cooler, which is essential for builders looking to push their system to the limits. The case also supports both ATX and SFX power supplies ranging from 100mm to 220mm, giving you flexibility with your power solution without compromising on space. Tool-Free Design & Ease of Build The D41 MESH SC features a mostly tool-free design, making installation a breeze. This design is particularly helpful if you plan to frequently upgrade or swap out components, saving time and reducing hassle. The case provides adequate cable management options, which helps keep your build neat and optimized for airflow. Cooling & Airflow The mesh front panel and spacious interior allow for excellent cooling potential. With support for multiple fans and large radiators, the D41 MESH SC can handle demanding setups while maintaining cool temperatures. Its airflow design is efficient, and paired with the mesh front panel, it provides natural ventilation to keep temperatures down, even with high-performance components installed. Screen & Customization The front panel screen is a standout feature. You can customize it to display hardware stats, system temps, or even animations. This feature not only adds a personalized touch to your setup but also provides real-time feedback on system performance, making it both functional and fun. Pros: Sleek, modern mesh design with solid build quality Supports large GPUs, including the RTX 4090 Excellent compatibility with ATX and SFX power supplies Tool-free design simplifies installation and upgrades Customizable front screen for monitoring and personalization Cons: Mid-tower size might be bulky for some setups Limited RGB customization options (depends on preference) Custom screen could use more integration options with third-party software Verdict: The JONSBO D41 MESH SC Black ATX Computer Case offers exceptional value and versatility, especially for users looking to build a high-performance system with ample cooling and GPU compatibility. The tool-free design and customizable front screen elevate the build experience, and the stylish mesh panel supports both airflow and aesthetics. This case is ideal for enthusiasts who want a practical, durable, and visually striking case without sacrificing performance. Overall, it’s a strong choice for anyone looking to house powerful components like the RTX 4090 while keeping things cool and stylish. ... show more

  • Phenomenal Case + OK 720p 60Hz Screen
Style: D41 Mesh SC Black
This is a premium PC case. It bleeds high quality everywhere you look. The metal used is strong and thick in many areas. And the final finish is super smooth. I got the one with the screen. It was a bit of work to set it up and it is actually pretty cool. It acts as an additional monitor. I have a 2 monitor setup - so this baby acts as a smaller 3rd. And it’s super easy to set this up properly in the Windows monitor settings. And also it comes with the two cords you need to hook up the screen to your setup. I somehow missed this when unboxing and bought two cords for this setup, then found them once I dug deeper. Don’t do what I did. Everything is included here. Well… except PC fans. One weird thing is having the power plug at the top of the rear of your PC. It's not too bad tho. The 720p panel isn’t too bad. It can do a lot. However I feel it could benefit from a higher resolution than 720p, because the visual limitations do creep out sometimes to rear its ugly face. But whatever. Honestly having a screen like this on the front of my PC is really cool and modern feeling. So I can let the lower resolution slide a bit. I would pay more for a higher resolution version. And on a side note: 4k too. That might be overkill, but would be awesome. I can hear the conversations now: “Yeah my PC is a ___________ and has a little 4k panel on the front.” “I’m sorry, what??” And oh man I forgot!: 60Hz. That is pretty sweet. Overall tho: worth $150? Yeah, I’d say so. Is the $50 up charge worth it for the screen add on? Yes. ... show more

  • Can be a pretty annoying build. But I would say it's worth it.
Style: D41 Mesh SC White
I was using a Dell XPS 8940 as a server/streaming machine, however, I could hardly fit a GPU into it, and I was concerned that the Dell power supply would not be enough for it. On top of that, I have very limited desk space. I wanted to be able to monitor the XPS without needing to have one of my monitors that I use with my gaming PC. This case fit that criteria perfect for me, the included monitor that mounts onto the front of the case was the perfect solution. For anyone looking for a semi-compact case that has decent storage options, a dedicated monitor, and great cooling should seriously consider this. My biggest complaint about this case is that they didn't include even a half inch more of room for cable management. I also noticed that you have to connect everything you can to the bottom panel of the motherboard before you install 140mm fans; there were many times I had to undo what I had just done to go back and fix something. One of the biggest pros of this case if how efficiently you can cool a GPU and CPU. By using a tower air-cooler, mounting the rear fan as an intake, and facing the CPU fans the same way you can really get efficient cooling. On top of that, the intake fan for the PSU is right in line with these fans if they are set to intake, exhausting out the top exhaust fans. For cooling this case was designed spectacularly, for building comfort it could be better. Would recommend though! ... show more

  • Great new case, with bonus screen
Style: D41 Mesh SC Black
Super happy with the case, and it's cable management. It's well built, with easy to clean filters, and fit my needs perfectly with getting a nice desktop case without breaking the bank. The screen was a nice addition. You can set it up as an extra monitor, and use it as a whole other screen. You'll need additional software to display PC h/w specs or other widget type information. It's just another screen, so plan ahead with how you'll use it. ... show more
