I would love to put ten starts on this furniture. Everything came Nicky packed, tools included, it took my husband an hour to put it together. The cushions are so soft , not flat at all . The furniture is elegant , sturdy , just perfect. Fits perfectly on my balcony.

Perfect size for my upstairs porch! Sturdy and comfortable and can't beat the price. My only complaint is the shipping. Half of the shipment was delivered to my house and the other half was "unable to be delivered" and held at fed.ex for me to pick up with no option to be redelivered which was a huge pain. ... show more

Everything was also very easy to assemble which was nice when I was just excited to get it done and use them :) I also needed to contact customer service due to a small issue and they were able to quickly address and resolve it. I got 3 Right armrests for the chairs and none for the loveseat. We cannot put the loveseat together because they sent us the wrong parts. However, the seller gave a full refund and were very responsive so I gave more stars. Otherwise the quality looks great and we love the set...
