Juicer was 5 stars overall: Decent performance, minimal hassle, etc... until the plastic parts began to fail. Foolish me I should have returned it when I saw the first cracks appear in the feeder where it attaches to the main body (pic 1). But it didn't affect performance so I let it slide. Now after two months the juicer has suffered a critical failure where the feeder section meets the cap piece (pic 2) which holds the pressing screen in place. Seeking a new part from the manufacturer although from a design standpoint it is fairly obvious that the translucent plastic used for the feeder is likely not up to the task. It simply does not have the strength or heft of the other operating elements. The impeller, juicing screen etc... are all much stronger solid black plastic. We are past the standard return period so I'm going straight to the seller and we will see if it justifies a re-rating. *** update: spoke with seller support - very nice contact person, but zero support for the product. I was sent to the manufacturer for redress. *** update 2: Manufacturer website is "Under construction" Good luck with theoretical parts warranty. Will update if I hear back from them. *** update 3: Via Amazon feedback I have heard from the seller and they are sending a replacement. Well done folks (respectful slow clap proceeds...) Seriously, loved the juicer, just bummed about the cracking. Seller made it all better, so my tip of the hat to customer service done right. Cheers. ... show more

I bought this little juicer to replace an old, very noisey deteriorating Jack La Lane juicer I'd been using for years. I researched masticating juicers in the past, but gave up because of so many unsatisfactory reviews. Always something major not right about the product and risky because they were way more expensive than this one. So I was pleasantly surprised to see just how many good reviews this juicer got and the price was great. It is much easier to clean and put together, although the end...nose piece...is a bit of a struggle for me with my arthritic hands and lack of strength. Also I've notice that that nose piece seems to collect water inside that does not shake or drain out. Don't know if this is a fluke of just mine or if others have noticed. I'm hoping it won't be a big deal over time. All minor issues. The only issue that I found challenging is the fact that so much of the juice ends up in the pulp. I drink 16oz of celery juice each morning and even with my Very old Jack La Lane, I got more than 16 oz out of a bag of Trader Joe's celery hearts. But with this one, it is always much less. Like 15oz or less. What to do. I tried cleaning the filter half way, but that really didn't help at all because 1 piece of celery going through will clog it all up again. So..... I bought these nut bags on Amazon...Kimmama 4 Pack Nut Milk Bag,Food Grade Fine Mesh Strainer with Drawsting Strap,7.9 x 11.8 inch Reusable Net Cloth Nutmilk Filter Bag for Cooking,Cashews Milk,Drink,Lemon,Vegetable,Greek Yogurt..... and line the pulp container that catches the pulp. At the end I can just squeeze out the additional 2-3 oz of juice. Not too bad. Nothing is perfect, but it does make me feel I am getting my money's worth out of all the celery I buy. ... show more

The size is perfect to leave on countertop. It's easy to use and really easy to clean. Best juice for my family. You definitely need to clean it out once you've made your cups of juice because it gets pretty packed so you can't just keep juicing for hours without cleaning in between. But it's so easy to clean you just start right back up. So 2 glasses of juice at a time clean then 2 more. Definitely recommend this product. ... show more

I don't necessarily enjoy cleaning the filter, everything else is pretty much rinse and done so I try to juice every two days to keep things fresh so that means I use it quite often. It squeezes out everything. I also put the rind back in to ensure I get everything out. I only do it once but it's enough. Good machine for those testing the waters. ... show more

My son and I, who are seriously not mechanically inclined, put this machine together and juiced oranges after maybe 20 minutes. Within 40 minutes, it was all cleaned and ready for the next use. I had zero trouble taking this thing apart which seemed to be a common issue based on other reviews. The machine was quiet and the juicing was quick and precise. The actual juice tasted like liquid health! It was delicious and pulp free. A few things to remember: 1. This is NOT a machine that will save you money. There is a reason the juice industry can support so many competitors after all. You are buying this to enjoy the benefits of preservative free juice. 2. It takes a lot to make a little. We probably ran four good seized orange through it to yield 24 ounces of juice. We actually ran the pulp back through to require it too. 3. All that said, on its initial use this thing wowed me. I have had juicers before, but the arduous cleaning process really made it not worth it . This machine changes that. It is well worth the money! ... show more

Jocuu slow juicer zm1503 - Just afer 2 months the juice body #5 crack on me processing baby carrots and sliced apples. I couldn’t contact the seller to get a replacement part. The juicer did a good job making juice so to save the aggravation. I ordered the juice body #5 from Amazon for $23.99. Don’t count on the warranty or support for this product from the seller. Update: Jocuu slow juicer zm1503 update. I was contacted through Amazon by Joucc, to resolve my problem with slow juicer ZM1503. The company sent me a new juice body # 5 that was cracked. I was glad that the company responded to my issue, so I am updating my three stars to 5 stars, because the juicer works well. Thank you. Jocuu and Amazon. ... show more
