The product was obviously used and was missing the earbuds. The package and box was broken. What was in the box was dirty; even the ear tips were used. Gross.

The sound quality is OK. There is no noise cancellation at all. I tried with the JLab Sound app, on iPad, but the app did not recognize these earbuds at all. The tips are very very hard to put on. The foam eartips got damaged the first time I tried putting them on, and after a while I just let it go. Then I tried putting on the smallest of the tips, since I have quite small ears, but that was so difficult. And, yes, I have other earphones, in fact 4 of them, where I have changed the tips, and found it quite easy to do so. I don't know about battery life, since I just received them, so have had no time to test that out. But frankly, I am disappointed in these earphones. I wanted ANC, and these claim to be so, but maybe because they are renewed, they don't have that feature? ... show more

The sound is good. The noise cancelation is fair. My Jabra 75t were much better. The Android app doesn't work. They connect to my phone when they are in the case. This is so annoying.
