  • Great option for toddlers!
I purchased these along with the Belkin soundform mini and JLab JBuddies folding gen2 to use on a trip with our 3yo. They have a head circumference of about 49cm. These headphones fit well over the ears and the headband seemed about the same size across all three models. I ended up returning these as our child picked the soundform but we would've been happy with these too. ... show more

  • Surprisingly good sound quality
I know that sound quality is not the first thing that comes to mind when talking about kids headphones, but I was very impressed at how well these sound. They're not a pair of Bose, mind you, but for a $30 kids headphones, the sound quality is excellent. In terms of specifics, the bass is surprisingly strong, though a bit too punchy, and the highs are slightly under powered, but the end result is very very good, still. In terms of fit, these headphones are surprisingly comfortable. My 9yo loves and says they fit her much better than the old pair she had. I've tried them on myself (I have a medium-large head for an adult) and while they were indeed a bit too short they were very light and also had a fairly comfortable fit. They're obviously made for kids, however, so I wouldn't recommend them for adults. One thing I'd like to highlight is that these headphones are marketed as having sound isolation, not sound cancellation - basically they're made extra sturdy and have an addition sound dampening layers on the outside such that outside noise doesn't make it inside as much. It improves the sound quality and listening experience but I'm not sure if that's such a good idea for kids specifically, most of whom already have troubles listening. Going back to my 9yo, I definitely had to raise my voice for her to be able to hear me (she was deep in the middle of a math game). 85db control is also really nice. Kids really shouldn't be going over that in most circumstances except for possibly being in an airplane. For those long airplane rides, however, it is possible to switch it to 95db. Still not terribly loud, but more appropriate for an airplane. These headphones also come with USB-C charging/sound cable rather than the old style barrel type 1/8" audio jack. That's both good and bad. Bad b/c you cannot connect it to older devices that don't have USB-C. Good b/c you can connect it to newer devices that don't have the old style audio jack. Pick your poison. One final feature that I didn't get to test b/c I only got one pair is a share mode where you can pair up the two headphones together so they both play the same thing. Extremely useful for situations when you have 2 kids but only 1 screen. ... show more

  • Great headphones for kids, nice update to older version
I have the older version of these for my kids, and these are a nice upgrade. They are pretty much the same in weight, comfort, and sound. The changes are in other areas. First for comfort, that's going to be subjective. I say they are about equal in terms of the cushions softness and weight of the headset. The shape of the cushions has changed and they sit on the ears, but the older version has a different shape that goes around the ears. As far as operation, Bluetooth is great and it's the way they use these almost all of the time, but if you need to use these wired, these use USB-c to connect wired, and the older version uses 3.5mm connection. So that's something to keep in mind. If you need to plug in by 3.5, you can always buy an adaptor for $5 or less that will solve that issue, so it's not really a issue. The best change is when it comes to sharing a device with 2 headsets. The older version rewired you to plug in a 3.5 cable to each headset, which pretty much tethers the kids heads together. This headset just has you press a button and they are synced together, so that a huge improvement. My older headset lasted for over 2 years with my now 6 and 7 year olds, so these are great in my opinion. These new ones have only been here for about a month but they are great so far. For this price you can't beat these. The features, the compact size, and the battery life is outstanding. That's another improvement over something that was already great. Yoi can't beat this value and performance. ... show more

  • Great kid friendly headphones
These headphones are comfortable, have great sound, don't get too loud, and they are versatile. You can plug them in or hook them up via bluetooth, which I love. No matter where we are or what device he wants to watch or listen to, we are covered. There is a good amount of padding around the earphones which helps keep noise out but also makes them very comfortable to wear. My son actually likes wearing these! I love that these cannot play above 85db in order to protect the hearing of our little ones. The battery life is great so far. They say these can last 65+ hours on a charge which is amazing. My son and I both tested them right our of the box and haven't had to charge them yet. I am really happy with these headphones! Looking forward to using them on a road trip. ... show more

  • Great Headphones
I can argue that these headphones can be for women or men. Great sound and easily adjustable. I love the hot Pink color and Grey mix. 5 star purchase in electronics.

  • Nice headphones, but the sound quality is horrible
These are made for kids, but I have a small head so I figured they'd be ok...they fit pretty well, they were comfortable on my head...but the sound quality is horrid..I even turned the volume all the way up on my phone and it still wasn't loud at all..the sound that I could hear seemed ok,but for me it was the fact that I had the volume turned up max and I still could barely hear it..and I'm not one to listen to my music loudly but wow..but at least they fit my head and were comfortable and I liked the color combo on them ... show more
