They last long they have ok noise cancelling but it works rlly good w music they also don’t have much sound leakage and connect great I’ve dropped them once so far an they didn’t break although the earbuds do fall out. They connect to my phone easily and I haven’t had any issues with them. My left ear is bigger than my right so most earbuds don’t fit but these are okay on my ears. Let me get a couple cons out of the way first: an earbud shaped like the airpods pro would probably be a better fit for me, these sometimes feel like they could fall out while I'm doing rigorous exercise they have a tendency to "pop" a bit when I'm adjusting them in my ears occasionally, nothing too bad though While I'm playing my switch, they unpair every time I put the switch in sleep mode. Sort of annoying if you are someone who steps away from your game a lot but understandable. This may just be a setting on the switch itself though Now that's out of the way let me just say I love these earbuds. Granted they are my first pair of wireless earbuds, I have been a wired earbuds girl forever and didn't want to have yet something else to charge. I figured I should take the plunge since a lot of devices don't even have a headphone jack anymore. I had a lot of concerns but I'm so glad I chose these as my first pair. Sound quality is on par with wired earbuds I would usually buy like Panasonic or Skullcandy. I'm not much of an audiophile but I think these would sound pretty good to most people. Plus they have three different sound modes if you want more bass etc. The case and earbuds themselves feel sturdy and well made, the buds fit nicely in the case to charge. The built in charging cord is a plus for me, I don't have to dig around for any cables. It is very short but that doesn't bother me, and you can plug it into a PC or wall charger. However you won't be able to find much in the way of cases for this model due to the built in cord. I love that you can use the buds separate from one another, sometimes I use only the right or left if I still want to hear my surroundings. I see a lot of complaints that only one will pair. Just know after pairing only one bud, if you want both to work afterwards, you have to touch the touch pad on both seven times quickly while in the case, this will reset them and you are good to go! If you are having trouble pairing with a second or third device, make sure you forget the Jlab buds on the other device before connecting to the new one. I was surprised that these were able to connect to my super old iPod touch from like 2010. They also will work with an older model Fire Stick. So far the battery life is great. I have used them during a few workout sessions and the battery is still full. For my uses I'd say they will need to be charged maybe once a week if that. Touch controls: I'm getting spoiled to this. It's nice to be able to change the volume/pause/song without touching your device. Many other buds at this price point or higher don't have any touch controls at all. I don't find them to be too sensitive. Overall I would definitely recommend these to a casual earbud user who just wants the basics on a budget. Tbh I don't see myself ever spending more now that I know how much I like this product! ... show more

Pros: Genuinely surprising how good the sound quality is for the low price, great sub bass for EDM enjoyers, clear mids and highs for everyone else. Easily connects to my IPhone, battery life is great both in the buds and the case, the double sided usb cable is convenient, and the case fits on that little mini pocket in most men’s pants. I’ve also dropped an earbud into a full cup while doing dishes and it survived being fully submerged in soapy water for 10-15 seconds without any issue. Cons: Very rarely the buds will have some issues cutting in and out from phone audio regardless of range, might be interference or something like that. The mic quality is apparently mediocre at best but I haven’t listened to it myself. The biggest issue I’ve had is I cannot get these things to reliably work on PC. I’ve tried many times to connect them to my computer and it either doesn’t give any audio at all or cuts in and out every 10 seconds or at worst gives an almost painful intermittent static. I’ve updated my computers Bluetooth drivers and done all the tweaks I can on the PC side to get them to work, but nothing has worked. I’m not mad at all considering the price, but these would definitely be 5 stars easily if they had reliable PC connectivity. ... show more

I recently purchased the JLab Go Air Pop True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds as a more budget-friendly replacement for my lost Powerbeats Pro. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much given the price difference, but I was in for a pleasant surprise. From the moment I put them in and played a Drake song from my playlist, the bass was just phenomenal—absolutely ridiculous! It's not often that you find earbuds that deliver such deep and rich bass, especially at this price point. So far, I haven't used them for long, but I am extremely pleased with their performance. They are surprisingly comfortable, and the bass even outperforms the more expensive Powerbeats Pro. If you're on the fence because of the low cost, take it from me: give these JLab earbuds a try. These are a really impressive value. They fit comfortably, have excellent battery life, and consistently pair to my phone without any issues. I love how small and portable the case is as well. It's really easy to put it in my pocket while I'm walking to work. The sound quality is just okay. It's perfectly fine for podcasts, but can get a little challenged for music. Though I might not be utilizing the equalizers sufficiently to get the most out of them. And I've been told that if I'm using them to make a phone call, a moderate wind causes lots of interference and makes them almost unusuable. I primarily use these while skiing underneath a helmet and they work well. Battery is holding up, volume is sufficient and the built-in USB charger is perfect. Their relatively low profile is really nice as they can be worn under a helmet, beanie or headband without causing soreness. They connect easily and feel fairly durable. I tend to use one at a time, and that allows ~8-10hrs of use at high volume so I got my music flowing and an ear open for conversation or to hear a phone ring or people around me ... show more
