These are really good head phones. Good sound, buttons are easy to use. And they don't hurt my ears. I use them at the gym and I don't have a problem with them coming out. If you see people having issues with them coming out it's probably because they don't put them in there ears properly. There's actually a method for putting ear phones and ear plugs in. YouTube it.     • Searching for the Perfect Ear Buds
Have Air Pods but they fall out of my ears while I'm sitting still, let alone moving around. Was looking for something that allows me to work out without losing my earbuds. For me, this product answers the mail but there are a few catches: 1) Need to find the right ear buds. The sound quality varies pretty dramatically depending on the ear bud. JLABS sends 7 different sized earbuds. Tried them all out. I get the best sound out of the largest ear buds they send. Great bass, decent volume. But they hurt my ears after a while and begin to slide out of my ears after a few minutes of walking/running, which messes up the sound quality. So I'm looking for other earbuds that give me that great sound quality but won't slide out of my ears or hurt after 20 minutes or so. 2) The JLABS drop calls. Haven't figured out why. Doesn't matter if I'm moving around or not. They just drop the calls. Recovery is cumbersome. Think you need to put them back into the case and then take them out again. Which means that you have to have the case with you. By the time you work through that, the party that you're talking to may have hung up unless you switched audio to the phone speaker. Awkward if you're using them for business calls. More awkward if you're talking to your boss's boss when the JLABS drop the call. Untrustworthy enough to where I won't take important business calls using them. 3) JLABS are harder to use than Air Pods. Used the Air Pods for a while and, despite falling out of my ears no matter what I do, they just work. Connect easily to Apple Products, stay connected, and switching between products is simple. With JLABS, not so much. Haven't figured out to easily get them to switch between products. And, again, if they drop the connection, you can't get them to reconnect without the case. Plus, when the Air Pods connect to the device, they automatically provide sound to all of the apps on the device. No extra work required. But with the JLABS, I connected them to my laptop (after some effort) but they wouldn't work with MS Teams. So I give the product 4 stars because: they stay in my ears through all kinds of activity; the battery life is incredible; the touch features seem to work okay; and the sound is great if you can find the right earbuds. I can't give it 5 stars because it drops calls and is clunky to use if you can ever figure it out. ... show more

This version of this product is the very best for me.. not a single problem all pros no cons big upgrade only if you used the version before this one but very good product.. also if being used in the gym or running the outside noise feature is great!!!

    • Nice for a short while
**UPDATE** After about 2 weeks these just stopped working for no apparent reason. Was really bummed because they were nice and I spent so much money on them. Ended up returning these as well. These eaebuds are really great! I bought these for my husband as a birthday gift for a few reasons. The first being that he wanted wireless headphones. The second, I ordered 2 other pairs before these that were very highly rated. The TOZO T10 wireless earbuds I ordered first would not stay in his or my ears no matter what size ear piece we used. I returned them and ordered the Axloie Sport wireless earbuds because they had the ear hooks and 4.5 star rating for over 2k reviews. Again they were junk. The ear hooks were so flimsy they did nothing to help hold the earbuds in your ear. Irritates, I returned these as well. I own the Jlab epic air headphones that we purchased in 2018 and I love them so I decided to look for a pair for him. I came across these and honestly am really glad I decided to spend the money on them because they were great, have nice sound and bass, stay on the ears and he loves them. He uses them daily. So if your hesitant, don't be! These are nice earbuds! ... show more

    • Broke after 4 uses
Just received these for my birthday. I typically wear them when working out or cutting the grass. They are super comfortable and the added ear wrap is important for me. Buds usually fall out when I run. I gave it a 3 because of the sound quality. I find the two settings that allow more or less outside noise to be the same. Even with the foam tips I get a lot of outside noise and the volume cranked up is a low output. I wore these to the gym yesterday with foam tips and even with the volume on high I could hear other conversation and the gym music. These buds need more punch. If I were rating sound it would be 2 stars. If I were rating comfort it would be 4 stars. Combined it’s a 3 at best. I’ve had them for two weeks now. Update on my review reduces the rating to a 1. Don't waste your money. Left bud stopped working after my 4th use. First I was getting static then it just stopped powering up. Put it back in the charging case for 2 days. Still won’t power up. Followed the trouble shooting steps and now I can get the right one to pair with my phone because it needs the left one. Sorely regret asking my wife to buy these (expensive btw) earbuds. ... show more

    • I've tried several pairs of buds and these are the best; love the comfort, reliability, battery life
I'm a trail runner and these buds can easily handle a 5-hour run. I haven't worn them on anything longer (yet) but I will do so with confidence. The sounds is great, with excellent bass. Not the absolute cleanest/crispest sound compared to the Powerbeats Pro, but these Jlabs have been 100% reliable, whereas with the Powerbeats Pro I had persistent issues, with 2 sets of buds, with one of the buds not connecting.
