First of all, it shipped super fast. I ordered Wednesday and had it by Saturday. The hardware bag opened in shipping so I had to chase washers down as they were sprinkled throughout the box. That was tedious but everything was there. All pilot holes were properly aligned making assembly easy. I would say it's a two person job to assemble. Could you do it alone? Sure, but it won't be pleasant. I am just so pleasantly surprised I wanted to be sure to review it. We are using it in our guest room so it won't be sat on daily. 01/05/2024; Nice loveseat style chair. I needed something small enough to fit into a small bedroom but also large enough without being bulky to be able to enjoy watching tv, take a seat and take off my shoes, or play games when I don’t want to lay down in bed. It arrived quickly and came with all necessary parts without damage. There’s an extra piece of all the hardware in case you lose one or need a replacement. I saw another review that said something about the instructions not being the best and to leave a certain step for last. It seems like the instructions got updated and it helped with a smooth installation. Finished in about half an hour with the help of someone. I really encourage you to have a second person help you because some parts become heavy and can get damaged if not held/lifted properly as you are installing/aligning the screws. It’s not heavy duty wood, so I only tightened the screws until I felt some resistance. Otherwise I feel like the wood could possibly crack. I had no issues of there not being predrilled holes. It comes with some brown caps to hide the screws once you finish. I completely disregarded them as they are difficult to fit them in. Other than that, the seat looks good and seems sturdy enough. Two people sat in it and it didn’t seem to wobble or make noise. Hopefully it’ll stand the test of time. It’s not the most cushiony, but at least it has some. Looks pretty good and not super cheap. It fits our space well. It’s a little less deep than I expected but i guess that’s on me, but not so shallow that it’s uncomfortable to sit on. Fairly firm but not too much, i happen to like firmer seating. It was a real bitch to assemble even tho in theory it looked simple. I did it by myself, and hey I got it done, but would’ve been much easier having someone else hold up the heavier end while you’re hoisting up the other end. Additionally one side of the lower cushion did not have a predrilled, threaded hole so that was a real challenge to figure out. Had to predrill a hole myself through the fabric, then screw the bolt in from the frame side of the lower cushion, unscrew it, then rescrew it on the correct side. Additionally the hardware isn’t “missing” a screw per se but the instructions suggest you should have 7 of the longer screws but they give you 6 of the longer ones and 5 of the shorter screws so you think hey I’m missing a longer screw is this going to be secure enough with a shorter screw? And it took some trial and error to realize that you should use the shorter screw for the lower frame. You’ll understand what I mean when you build it lol Anyway I got it built in about 40 minutes all things considered, and it feels secure and comfortable and overall am very happy with this purchase ... show more

It sits raised above my floor intake as I needed and it is stylish, simple to put together, seats 2 comfortably... I picked up the matching chair too and get lots of compliments on both and now no one steps through the grate and the space is well used... Seems like they will hold up well even with a puppy after more than 2 months of use. ... show more

This loveseat sofa looks precisely as the photos say. The material is good given the price that you're paying, but it isn't very comfortable. It feels hard and forced you into its position rather than making you feel comfortable.
