A+ . Took about 20 minutes to put together. Trickiest part is putting the backrest on at the very end. You have to wiggle it in just right. You'll get it! I recommend watching the instructional video in the description if you're a visual learner. Just pause between steps.

Assembly wasn't woo hard, though there was a confusing label on the hardware that got me to accidentally use the wrong screws in the base at first, but no big deal to fix. Seat is a little crooked (left half is slightly higher than the right). The worst part about this chair is the new upholstery smell that's very strong. We put this in my son's room at his computer desk and after using it for a while he asked us if something had died in the walls. We have to take it out of his room at night so he can sleep. Hopefully it off-gasses whatever is in those cushions and we can keep it in there full-time. ... show more

I really like this chair, it's comfortable, it goes to the height I want. The adjustable arms are amazing, the back is great and I like how far it leans back. HOWEVER- the center pole lowers CONSTANTLY. I'll be sitting, not even moving and feel it drop, just a little right under me, this happens all day and I CONSTANTLY have to raise it back up. I don't know if this is fixable or what, but it makes me sad because literally everything else about the chair is great. EDIT: The customer service for this company is great. They sent me a new hydraulic cylander for the chair to replace the faulty one I got. I'm very happy with this product now that it's fixed! ... show more

Unfortunately, my box did not include the instructions, but the installation video in the description was very easy to follow. I’m certain, easier to follow than the paper instructions. If you’re a visual learner, go for the video instructions.

It’s not perfect but it’s a good start. Assembly takes roughly 20-30 minutes and is not difficult just follow the included instructions. It could be improved comfort wise with extra padding for the back area but overall a decent average chair.
