So looks like they come with a 118 If I am reading right main. My original stock was a 104.. So with other mods like exhaust and other tuning this is a must I have a 2023 Tyen (however its spelled) and I can get her up to 69mph!! I like that this retains the stock warm up exciter and is not built like the stock (with tamper screws) so on both I was able to install and play with different jet sizes but out the box this thing just works. Fits my Scooter with a little modification. First no TPS on this carb so I left it unhooked. The Choke Wiring plug is diff from my scooter, but I had my old stock carb and used the wiring of that one to make a new connection so I did not have to cut my scooters wiring harness. Everything else lined right up perfectly. Scooter Fired right up and runs great. Great Value since you cannot get rebuild parts for the OEM carb, or a replacement OEM carb. Would not fit my gy6 clone motor in a 250cc Hummer go kart. 1st issue was a motor mount bolt that passed from one side to another. I removed this both and replaced it with 2 shorter bolts giving room for the carb, so I thought. 2nd issue was physical size of carb. The float bowl was too deep hitting the motor, the accelerated pump being moved to the side (mechanical vs vacuum on original) created more clearance issues not allowing it to sit level. But I finally shoehorned it in (stretching the rubber boot to fit over the manifold 90) just to find the throttle bracket hits a frame piece, hard! This also prevented me from installing the throttle properly. This last obstruction also prevents me from using an air filter which is the number one reason for the one star. ... show more

I purchased this carb after finding the same thing on other sites for more than on here. I installed it on a 155cc Gy6 with 58.5 mm head and big valves. To make it fit, I had to finesse it into a 30mm rubber intake and not a metal one. Was able to get the accelerator pump under the motor mount bolt. Then installed the throttle cable with ease. Bought the Nibbi air filter intake and haven’t had any issues. Still have to do a little jet work and tuning, but haven’t had any problems straight out of the box.
