I used this case and dropped my phone so many times I can't count (case is not slippery, I just try to carry too many things at one time), and my phone never had a problem. The front rim of the case eventually cracked (I assume from me dropping it) and I used it like that for months until a piece got caught on something and started poking me. I replaced it with the same case (different color) and it's great. 5 stars, I like the patterns and good protection The only reason I don't give this 5 stars is that the tempered glass screen protector is the same size as the inside of the front case piece, so the screen will not totally press down to the phone screen: there is a small arc that shows up grey on the included picture. The instructions tell you to first apply the tempered glass and then the front case piece, and then the back--but I found that putting the front case piece on first and then the tempered glass worked better. I did end up using both (included) pieces of tempered glass getting the tempered glass to work with the case. The case is very sturdy and easy to hold onto. ... show more

Glass came Broken & DIRTY!!! Cheap Trash is exactly what this Item is! DONT BUY IT! Looks pretty but it’s useless it was cracked when it arrived its a thin sheet of plastic that is guaranteed to break!!!! Case & Glass! Very Cheaply made & Should NOT BE SOLD BY @AMAZON!

The worst part of this case is the screen protectors. Their horrible!!! But that is essential in protecting our phone! This screen protector does not even fit the phone. First it's too long, second the rounded corners do not match the phone's corners at all or at least not the LG Premier Pro Plus 455DL. And that's what the spec's say it was made for. What happens to the screen cover is: hundreds of tiny bubbles!!! Looks like a kindergartner put it together but there is no way for square corners to work with rounded corners. And you have to be very careful that you don't pull the screen protector off every time you bump your phone in your pocket or purse because the protector will also slide off and bunch up under the second part: the screen protector's hard plastic outer front frame. The entire cover has three parts. 1. The thin clear plastic screen protector sheet, 2. The front outer frame that goes around the phone to keep the 1st part the screen protector in place and, 3. the soft back housing or shock protector. But the problem is the design, parts 1 & 2 simply will not work together, therefore, over half of this protective case is essentially worthless. And why I gave it a two star rating. It just doesn't match the phone. The colors and patterns are very beautiful but if you can't get the other parts to work the case is of no use. ... show more

    • Cracked Screen. Air Bubbles/No Card to Remove
I disliked the installation as it didn't come with a card to smooth out the air bubbles. I dropped the phone and the screen cracked a little. Hard to see the screen bc of all the air bubbles I couldn't remove. I love the design and color of the cover. It makes the phone heavier. Hard to remove the cover from the phone.
