I bought one of these and after I did everything that I would. You only need to do before using it. Went to use it and it turned on. The section would work the licking or vibrating. Would not work later on after I followed any prompts in aplace. Like letting it charge all the way down and recharging it so on so forth. Still the same thing? And then it went to where it wouldn't work at all period so I bought a second one and went through everything trying to return. The first 1 second 1 got here. It worked for all of 10 minutes before it just decided to quit. And in trying to return the first one I never got any of the emails from Amazon. That I was supposed to get. And cannot seem to get ahold of them to return so I can get a refund and now I have 2 toys that do not work and I cannot get a response to be able to return them to get refunds or replacements or anything need to be able to get ahold of the company but it had.
