This case is really durable. I have dropped it many times and it did not fall apart or become damaged. My phone is completely safe in it. However, it's a hassle to take off the case because it is tightly held together. Another drawback is that the volume buttons on the case sometimes don't press on the phones volume buttons. I wanted one with a built in screen protector. I got this first and I am super pleased. I initially had some trouble getting the power button to work through the case. I removed the outer cover and reinstalled it starting AT THE POWER BUTTON and that has solved my issue. I generally don't prefer glass screen protectors, but I think I'm going to adapt and stay with this case. I'll have a fresh cover more often that way than I did with the builtins. ... show more

I LOVE this cell phone case! I just bought a new Samsung Galaxy A71 5G, and because it is so thin, and made of slippery material, I could not pick the darn thing up without dropping it, or having it slip in my hand. It was like trying to hold onto a slimy, wet bar of soap with wet hands. I also could not pick it up without pressing the buttons on the side of the phone, or touching the screen, and screwing everything up, activating everything. I was extremely frustrated! This cell phone case has solved both problems, as well as making the phone very attractive! The case has added a significant amount of thickness, and is made of a non slippery material, and the "fake" buttons on the side that press the real buttons effectively stop me from accidentally pressing the buttons because you have to apply more pressure to press them. They line up with the real buttons well, though, and it is no problem at all to press the buttons when I want to. I also appreciate the dust cover over the charging port. The case is easy to apply, but you need to read the instructions. It comes with clear, simple instructions, with pictures. Once it is put together, the case is locked together tightly, and has a good, solid, quality feel. Everything lines up great on the phone, and I am also using a glass screen protector, and lense protector for the camera, with the case, no problems. I can't comment on impact protection because I've only dropped it from low heights, and on carpet, but it seems sturdy enough that it should protect to some degree. I'm so happy with this case, and can't believe it was so cheap. Glad I didn't get a less attractive, higher priced case from the store! I highly recommend! ... show more

I put my phone down where the hood comes down. Of course I forgot it was there. Slammed hood down😫. Sinc it was at an angle, I wiggled it out! Phone not crushedor broke, case intack. Wow! Can't get my hood up but that's another problem. Thus is the Hilk of phone cases.

My husband has had this case on his various phones for the last few years, and every time my lesser phone cases broke he would say you should just get this one. Of course l didn't. I kept buying cuter cases ones that was sparkled or one that had were glittery. They kept breaking and I kept refusing. Finally I bought this case and I've had it for quite some time with no problem. I can't even count how many times I've dropped it with no problem. Anyway if you like a sparkling cute case keep getting them, but if you want a case that doesn't fall apart after less than 6 months get this one. ... show more

My main issue is that the inner frame doesn't fit the phone properly so once it's snapped on it is quite forced and tight around the phone but not in a good way. That inner frame is really poorly made. Also, I wish the case came over the screen a little bit more. The case makes the phone a quite heavy as well.
