This is a great set with some pad sizing problems. My kids and I loved the wide range of color options and I was excited to get the matching knee and elbow pads, as well. The set came in a carrying bag, which is still managing to keep all the gear together. The helmets are adjustable and fit my kids well. The elbow and knee pads are also adjustable with Velcro, but the elbow pads are far too large and cannot be made small enough to stay on either of my average sized children. We are simply using the set without the elbow pads for now and are very happy with the rest of the items. ... show more

This helmet has a lot of padding that ensures your noggin will be protected! An accurate measurement size that's given by the manufactures and there are adjustments build into the apparatus to ensure a more secure and safe fit. Proper measurement is key! (widest portion of your head and the areas that surrounds it, however, if you find yourself close to the edge of one size or another, it is wiser to size up if it is close by half an inch to account for padding.) ... show more

Ordered medium size for 5'4 15 year old. Helmet fits perfect with room for growth. The pads? The pads are made for 5 year olds. So small. They are too small on my ten year old.
