The media could not be loaded. This thing is alright. I think the thing the water goes in needs a lid. I fumbled in the video and initially when setting it up with putting it in and water got everywhere. The green part isnt easy to take off either. I used the plastic knife in the video when setting it up initially to take off the lid. It looks like a screw on but it isnt. Its one of those lids you push on and it holds really tight. Really inconvenient. If I was older, had a disability, or was just more impatient, this would make it harder to use. Also if you knock your workspace, water is going to go everywhere because the water level is so high. I wouldve added little walls on the sides of the stream to hold the water in place a little better. Also the instructions are on the box and also kind of vague. If you have a hard time with your vision you won't be able to put this together very easily. ... show more

If it wasn't such a hassle I would return them. It's a great idea. But the thing just doesn't go together. It leaks water from the pan because the screw to tighten the plug mechanism won't go in. It just doesn't fit. If you force it, it breaks the peg. I ordered two so I should know. A waste of money until they perfect the design. ... show more

At first, I was expecting a lot when I saw this product, I hesitated for a long time because I was worried that this product would not work well, but that was not the case, it was very much in line with my expectations.
