I love this product. I waited to start this when I had time off from work. I found the trial vedio was so helpful to get me using these watercolor pen brushes. I got compliments on the paintings. I love these pens. There is a great assortment of colours, but I have a few complaints: some of the yellow markers are really orange, and there are many dark colours that are similar to each other and not enough pale colours like pale blue, pale purples or pale grey.

Update: I started doing the tutorials (pear) OMG these pens are the BOMB. I highly recommend doing the tutorials, especially if you’re new to watercolor like I am. OLD Review: I haven’t done the tutorial yet. I just read the instructions and decided to quickly paint over my demo brush strokes so I don’t waste the paper they gave me making an Ugly green cat. The water pens twist on backwards. Weird. The paint brushes aren’t dry, you need to add water and work slow. Overall the brushes are really fun. I’m sure after their tutorials I’ll do better as I’m not really a watercolor artist. ... show more
