tried to use them on my jeep renegade, they would not stick. tried with the adhesive that was already on the product then tried adding more. they are great paper weights.

I had purchased the taillight cages for my 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, but I didn't like how the bottom "lights" weren't also protected - it looked almost incomplete without these. So, I bought them. I put them on my Jeep in a relatively warm day, and the 3M tape was held fine for the moat part. It appeared that the driver side wasn't either a perfect fit, the tape didn't hold perfectly, or I didn't put it in the absolute precise spot, because it sort of pops off a little. However, it's holding pretty well so far, and has been through about 3 car washes since I installed these. Worth the purchase to give your car a little more style, but I'd suggest using black silicone adhesive to help strengthen the hold. ... show more
