    • Lock trouble
The bars are light weight, but sturdy. But the plastic locking end caps almost look and feel cheap. Even without an obstruction in the way, I had trouble locking one into place and broke a key off in the lock trying to get it to lock.

This product was advertised as fitting a 2018 Hyundai Tucson but it does not. When it arrived, the instructions were difficult to see/understand but we were eventually able to get the crossbars assembled. When we went to attach to the car, the bars were way too long and there was no way either bar was going to fit. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time and money. We will be returning the product for a refund and finding a new item that will actually fit the car as advertised. ... show more

The value is excellent. Compared to dealership prices this is a no brained. Dealer price is 3 times as much. They look great when installed. You may consider viewing YouTube video which is much better than instructions included. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

    • Too much noise
I liked these cross bars. They looked really good on my car. They were super easy to install and seemed very sturdy. However, when I got out on the highway, they made so much wind noise that I had to stop and take them off. If you don't mind the noise, they are great.

    • perfect strong fit
these are rock solid on my 2017 Tucson. I can shake the whole car by gripping any tower or the crossbar. Just make sure the rubber liner is in place and correctly fit over the metal of the tower before tightening.

    • Did not hold up
First use, loosened and flopped, multiple scratches in my paint. I had a car place install for me. I had to tighten during travel. The screws are now striped and I need them replaced, having trouble finding site to get replacements during travel to get home The under plastic pieces loosen and I lost one during travel.     • It’s a whistler!!
Buyer beware. The reviews are spot on. This thing is not bad by any means and looks nice when installed. But, driving down the road this thing whistles!!!! And it’s loud and speeds staring at about 35mph. Aside from that it’s a very decent product.
