The frame is fine, it’s work but it came with absolutely no padding in the box so the plastic plexiglass part was cracked. Luckily it was small enough to put on a part of my picture that it won’t be noticed but come on. Throw some sort of protection in the box so it doesn’t get tossed around or put fragile on the box. I usually don't expect too much out of a frame but this frame is super chic! The frame doesn't take up too much attention from your print/poster/picture and is a perfect width. It is a nice thin frame and I like that the "glass" part isn't actually glass, since it won't break if it were to fall. Even though the frame is plastic, it is super shiny and looks just like glass, it came well packaged and protected with film for delivery. Great little frames for the price. I don’t understand all the complaints. Yes they aren’t real glass or super heavy weight, but the price you pay for them, they’re great frames on a budget. Turns out 7x10 is a very uncommon size, and I got this pretty set of prints and didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg on a set of frames for them. These did everything I needed them to do and look great on my wall.
