    • 1 Year Review: Good sound/battery, but everything else is poor
Main issues I have with this product: Fit - they don't naturally fit in my ear very well. I have never had an issue with this with other earbuds, but these earbuds have legit just fallen out of my ears on multiple occasions. Chewing with them in causes them to slowly slide out of the ear. I find I have to push them back in my ear pretty regularly. They're very annoying to work out or do anything active with. Disconnecting - These things do NOT want to disconnect. I put them in the case, make sure they are lined up perfectly so the little light indicating they are in and charging lights up, I close the case, but my phone is still connected. I sometimes have to open the case, pull out the buds, put them back in, and close the case multiple times to get them to FINALLY disconnect. It takes anywhere from 10 seconds (if I'm lucky) to a full minute to get them to disconnect. On average I probably spend 20-30 seconds getting them to disconnect. Sometimes, the earbuds will disconnect when I close the case, but reconnect WHILE IN THE CLOSED CASE randomly. So I can spend 40 seconds disconnecting them one time, then have to spend another 40 seconds getting them to disconnect a second time. Charging - For the same reason that they are hard to disconnect, there are times I put them in the case and they don't charge because they never actually disconnected from my phone. I always make sure they line up with the pins and the LED indicator lights up before closing the case, so this isn't a case of user error. This has happened since I got them a year ago for christmas, so it isn't an issue with how clean/worn the pins are either. Insufferable high pitch noise - when pinching the earbuds lightly(and I mean LIGHTLY), and sometimes when I put them in the case and close the case, the earbuds emit a super high pitched noise that is loud. If I am on a call when this happens, the person on the other end of the call hears the noise. This has also happened since I first got the earbuds. Aside from these issues, the sound quality is good and battery life is amazing. I unfortunately can't recommend these earbuds to anybody due to the quality of life issues associated with this product. It's so obnoxious not being able to disconnect the earbuds, especially when in a rush. It's so obnoxious to have them connect randomly while in their case. The high pitched noise is avoidable, but awful when it happens. And them sliding out of my ears so easily is just ridiculous. ... show more
