I lost one of my Vista 2 earbuds at the laundromat washing machine so decided to get the JBL Reflect Pro. I am confused by the Amazon listing because the title says "JBL Reflect Pro+". Not sure what the + is for and I tried searching it up to see if there was any difference. The stock eartips are not good so PLEASE take my word and get the SpinFit CP360 and I swear to you these earbuds will be the best thing ever. The stock JBL ear tips hurt my ears after 1 hour of use. The Spinfits apply less pressure and the design bends to go into your ear canal better and create an effective seal. The JBL Reflect Pros don't have ANC as good as the Sony WF-1000XM4 however with the Spinfit, you'll get a much better seal that make it damn near just as good. The JBL App is smooth and polished with excellent features. The case is rugged with a beautiful and sturdy carry cord featuring reflective stripes that easily goes around your wrist. Case has qi wireless charging and a slick easy to view LED indicator. Haedphones themselves are well put together with a cool honey comb texture pattern on the bud and nice logos on the wing tips included. These are sub woofers in your ears. Excellent punchy sound. Software is polished from my experience and there are nice quality of life features. The talk through mode and ambient mode trash on Vista 2s and even my Sony Wf-1000xm4. I find myself using the ambient mode alot more than ever, specifically talk through mode. Talk through is a special feature that lowers the music volume automatically and boosts the sounds of voices from the person talking to you as well as yourself. It's actually good and not gimmicky. I had the Reflect Flow for just over three years before the left earbud stopped working. I got these and I love them just like the first set! What's even better is that with the app you can actually see how much power each earbud and the case itself has left. The other cool feature is the ability to change from noise canceling, to ambient aware, ambient sound control off. The ambient aware of great to listen to music and still hear your surroundings around you as long as the music isn't too loud. The one downside to it is that the ear piece sizes may not fit your ear in particular snug. This is a problem when working out at times. I use these for the gym primarily and I can say that if I get a good seal the fit is secure and the sound canceling is ok. If someone is blasting music on a speaker system you'll hear it a little but otherwise it drowns out a lot. The seal part is tricky for me maybe because my ears aren't actually symmetrical. On the left ear it is fairly straight forward. The wing catches some ear fold and molds in. The right felt loose for a long time until I started to turn further back. Meaning the top of the wing was angled pointing a negative 90°. This allowed me to fit it securely when I twisted it in. Battery life is fine for me. I cam only wear them for 3 hours max before I start to get uncomfortable anyway. They are secure but you notice them. They don't dissappear like my old Samsung buds used to. For my purpose they suit my needs and aren't priced too high. The case feels durable and works well in an active environment. For buds I use to workout so I don't have to hear loud nonsense they work ok. Once again if someone is on a speaker system blasting something you don't care to hear it will bleed through unless your music is at a potentially unsafe level for hearing. ... show more

The audio and functions are everything I need in a pair of earbuds but they constantly disconnect, the "true fit" on the app doesn't work since the app can't recognize I'm wearing the earbuds. The noise control is iffy since I can't control the earbuds half the time. Right out of the package, my experience has been nothing but troubling shooting the garbage from the box. They refuse to stay connected unless I wear them dangling out of my ear. Even then, the functionality becomes limited as the system can't recognize they're connected despite the Bluetooth on my phone stating they are and THEIR OWN APP! They have taken a step forward off a cliff, this isn't worth the plastic it's printed with. ... show more

Update* After about 6 months the in ear detection has failed. The earbuds constantly cut out during a set whenever I angle my head or open my mouth to breathe deep. Tried changing out the tips and wings, did the sound test but they keep failing during my workouts. You can turn off the in ear detection but you can't use the headphone controls when it thinks it's out of your ear. Also, ambient sound turns on randomly now without touching the earbuds. Trying to rectify this through the app made one headphone just shut down entirely. These were great when they worked but for the price, 6 months isn't enough use to justify the purchase for me. Good sound on these. They never fall out, which is extremely helpful when it comes to gym headphones. They do get a little uncomfortable after a few hours of use but I'm typically only in there for an hour a day. If you're looking for all day wear, these aren't for you.
