I had an older model of JBL true wireless earbuds, and liked them a lot but was ready for an upgrade. I grabbed these and have been incredibly happy. They sound great and feel great in my ears. I wear them to work often, and so if I'm doing a lot of moving, they will sometimes loosen a little bit, but I almost always am able to feel it and push them back in before they fall out. The touch features take a little while to get used to. But if you handle the buds by holding the outside, instead of the middle, I find I don't usually trigger the touch functions accidentally. It's not a perfect system, but I really like the ability to pause/play, FF/RW, control noise cancelling by only touching the earbuds - I don't have to pull out my phone. The noise cancelling isn't PERFECT (they're earbuds, I think FULL noise cancelling kind of requires over-ear headphones) but it is pretty impressive. I will sometimes use it will shoveling or doing outdoor work and it cuts out a LOT of the noise. The battery life is great, and I have yet to kill them in a single day. Even if I am using both for a couple hours while I work, I toss em back in the case while I take a break, and they charge enough in that time that I never have issues. And I like the wireless charging ability. Overall, very very happy with these. I'm sure that more expensive ones could offer some improvements, but these are great for the price point. ... show more

I was looking for some noise canceling headphones. As I work in a industrial environment. JBL once again headed out of the park with this product. These are very comfortable, lite weight, compact, versatile in hearing through & noise canceling. Overall the quality is definitely worth it at a lower cost compared to Sony or Beats. I've had these just under a month and there are some definite pros and cons, and ultimately, I've decided to try something else, but currently these are my first and only TWS buds. Pros: - I am pretty picky about sound quality and these are great. I don't feel the need to switch to my Sony WH1000-XM3 when I hear a good song. The bass truly is remarkable for an earbud. - Subjective, but I really love the look of these. I got the blue ones. - Wireless charging on the case. Case is the perfect size for your pocket. - Multipoint Bluetooth is awesome. It only connects to one automatically, but you can connect to a previously paired second device easily and it will switch back and forth depending on what is playing. Can't live without this now. - Super comfortable. Cons: - This I knew going in, but everybody's ears are different. One of my main uses is for running, and because there is no wing or tip, these have fallen out on me. Not constantly, but enough times that I am kind of thinking about it all the time. I would consider keeping these for strict office use and buy something else for sport, if not for the other cons. - Audio Video sync sucks even in Video mode. It's one of my pet peeves when lips aren't perfectly sync'd and these are far from perfect. Other bluetooth devices I own aren't as bad. - Booming sound when others talk on phone calls/meetings. This is the real deal breaker. It isn't all meetings, but the longer the meeting, the more likely it seems to happen. Once the booming starts, it doesn't stop unless I disconnect and reconnect them. Maybe this can be fixed down the road with a firmware update. - Touch controls aren't super configurable, and it is hard to push them in or take them out without triggering the action. Conclusion: I love the look and the sound of these earbuds. They are super comfortable and music quality is great. Audio quality in calls is also good on both ends, as long as it doesn't start booming on you. Ultimately, I don't feel comfortable running with them, or using them in meetings, or watching video, so they only do one of my 4 uses well. ... show more

These earbuds are amazing, I mean I can't say enough good things about this item JBL really really nailed it. These earbuds sound amazing, they are so clear when talking, amazing bass and you can adjust for more bass if you like. I tried beats right before this one and I hated it, honestly it sounded awful so I returned it and got this JBL and this will be my all time favorite earbuds. Great noise cancelling. On the app you can do lots of things, adjust everything and the earbuds react to your change immediately, so cool And it's even cheaper than beats. Also battery life is very good It's got some really really cool and useful features that others don't and when you use them then you realize how helpful they are Unbelievable. I love them. Thank you JBL for this awesome and amazing product. Also the volume is very loud (awesome), to a point that I had to lower the volume.
