The seller used a shipper who I asked them not to use because they refused to deliver here in the past. Shipper did not arrive on the day we agreed on. Seller provides absolutely NO customer service nor Technical Manual. They are simply a sales house. Customer contact lacking mechanical expertise e.g. recommended using oil when the equipment was supplied with grease cups.
